On line transactions could put you at loss
I placed an order for buying gymnema Sylvester powder 100 GM's on this firm on 26 Feb 26 by paying Rs 140 online. As the firm took no action either to supply the item or intimate the position of the order for a long time, I sent an email to refund my money after cancelling the order. In reply they informed me that as there was no stock of the item, they will refund the amt. After a short time I got one more mail informing me that the courrier person tried to contact me to deliver the item but there was no response and therefore couldn't deliver the item. I got annoyed as it wasn't true as 4 persons all senior citizens were always present at home and there was no chance that a delivery person could not miss delivering an item.
Also I informed them that there was no record of a call made to me on my mobile phone. They finally said that they would refund the money after deducting the delivery charges for no fault of mine. Till date I have not received my amt. I am writing this review to make people aware of companies with unethical intentions so as to deal with them cautiously or else they might loose their money. Though my amount is trivial it might happen on a larger scale
