I was thinking of buying the "Castview" which is supposed to give you all channels for your tv, including Hulu & other platforms you have to buy. I haven't purchased anything yet thank goodness! I don't want to give any stars! I read your reviews & I'm very happy I did! I do a little bit of research on anything I buy or am thinking of buying so THANK YOU!!

They are a scam. the b@stards stole my money. I hope they have great unhappiness with the money they stole from so many people.
How can we trace the owners? I'm sure they have kneecaps.

I purchased a product without looking at the reviews as well. I have tried to contact company with no avail. As a Military person, I should have known better. I will have to get legal involved in this. I believe the sites that let these sales are Liable as well. If China is scamming the US, then something should be done.

I ordered the skin creme that is supposed to hide blemishes and scars, etc. I should have read the reviews first because this crap doesn't work! It does nothing to hide anything! What a scam!!! I emailed them to ask for a refund and they flat out said no refunds. Mad as hell - mostly at myself!!!

They don't deserve any stars. For those who didn't receive products, you didn't lose a thing. After threatening the company many times, my package (4 items), in a box that is about 3x5. Joke items of the originals, smaller and items that fail badly. They cost me over $52. Something should ban these Chinese companies blatantly ripping off Americans. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I ordered a GPS pet tracker in Feb it is now June and still no tracker or reply on when it will arrive highly disappointing.

Do NOT order from Viral Gadgets.....PERIOD!!!
I placed an order from the company and the order did not arrive.
When I contacted the company, they said they showed the item delivery date and a time of 4:30 PM bu the USPS. (The USPS delivers here at 12:30 daily.)
I received a reply to go and check the post office......and that has been their resolution.
IN LIEW OF ORDERING SOMETHING AND GETTING RIPPED OFF...JUST SEND THEM A CHECK AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WHEN PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED.

I JUST WISH I HAD LOOKED AT THE ON-LINE REVIEWS FIRST AS I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAVE PLACED AN ORDER

THIS COMPANY IS BAD IF ANYBODY READS THE REVIEWS YOU SHOULD KNOW NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I did not receive the most expensive item in my order of 2 items. Mike at Viral Gadgets said I would receive remainder. I am still waiting going on 3 months. Will not order from again. Products come all the way from China if they arrive at all.

The bra's would barely fit a flat chested woman, did not lift like they stated, and delivery took 6 weeks.

When i tried to return the items I was told because of hygiene reasons they would neither refund or exchange the items.

I got scammed! Don't do it too.

I ordered V8 smart watch and they delivered defective usb cover and has no back cover that is why I asked to return the item. After they received the item no response got from them about my refund despite of several follow-ups thru messenger and emails. This online shop is definitely a scam so don't make any transaction to them.

I would give this dumbass site no stars. I ordered the salon professional flat iron and indeed it was damned near smaller than my hand! I had to go back and forth just to get a tracking number that I received almost 2 and a half months later. Since day 2 of that fight to get the tracking number, I just started asked for a refund which they tried hard not to acknowledge. After contacting my bank/debit card company they decided to send the toy of a flat iron a little past the 3 month mark. It looks nothing like what they show on the site. In fact, I can't even find the site anymore.... Craazzzyyy!!

The product I got which was a flat iron felt like a kids toy. It wouldnt even clamp. It was all loose and janky and lightweight plastic.
They would not issue me a refund and took almost 2 weeks to reply.
I will never order from them again.
I should have looked at the BBB.

This site is definitely a scam. I bought a hair straightener and paid $36 and was sent a cheap mini travel straighter which looks completely different from the picture. Beware all sales are final!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this company. Do not order from this company. The Viral Gadgets is not an honest or legit company. I ordered the professional hair straightener and I didn't receive anything, I emailed them and received a response from Mike and he said he would get in the mail. I received this little mini hair straightener that I could hold in my hand. Looks like it was made for dolls. I have emailed Mike and the company and nothing but silence.

If I could put Zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking, 1 month on and still nothing, I did have an email from a Mike stating that he would sort my no show item out.... now I’m being ignored, luckily I paid through PayPal so I should get my money back but that’s not really the point. I hate scammers. Would definitely advise not buy anything from this company!!

Please be aware of the unscrupulous business practices of this company - THE VIRALS GADGET. If you see their advertisement on FB, please report them as it is the only way we can get others to be aware of what they do. They have scammed many a person and gotten away with it. They will take your money and never refund you, and you will never see the product, and if you get the product, by chance, it is no good!!!!! Please do not add to the growing list!!!!

Misleading ads. They never give your money back even though they say they will. I ordered something, they sent something totally different from the ad and refused to give me my money back.

Never got my product.. Scam..I should of loved it up to see all these reviews.. going to post on fb so maybe someone will see it and won't make the same dumb move I did. I always check and this time I didn't..

Ordered a leather cleaner and this company took the money out of my account and the product I ordered never arrived . My order was placed Feb. 12,2019 and nothing has arrived! It looks like this company is not legit!
