Still waiting since Dec 14th 2017 for my item ordered in good faith - all they do is make pathetic excuses - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a buy one get one free HD camera and coples of days later. I saw the same publicyti and there was comentaries with some negatives scams problems with that company.
So, gess wath ? I canot reach them and no replys . The page in Facebook desepeard.

Untrustworthy, don't buy anything from them they are fraud they wont refund money if you will return the item. they will keep your money and product.
I purchased WiFi Light Bulb Security Camera for $121.95 from them and it was not working as described and i returned it with the label they sent me and asked me to wait for the refund they will refund my money soon but didn't refund my money and you can't get tracking information of USPS return label after 3-4 months. i paid them through pay-pal even they closed my case because tracking number was invalid after 3 months.

Do not waste your money. This merchant has no interest in you, only in your money. When they receive their money they could care less about the satisfaction of your order. Received DOA items twice. Now they want me to spend $70 to send items back to them....

This is the same scammers that were selling the buy one get one free road cam. It's a scam.

I received a cheap and unacceptable item that does not do as advertised and when requested to return was told I had to ship it back to China. $37 out. And no way to trust if item makes it. Customer service is crap. Do not use this company- they should not be allowed to sell!

Do not buy from ViralGadget. The ordered item didnt arrive at all.

Didn’t receive full order from this company. They just said they have to much orders that they cannot send it in time. That’s all I got, from 3 different people.
And wait for my order for 3 months already

Loved it, exactly what I wanted. Customer service was excellent. Could not expect better.

Horrible. Do not buy from here. Takes month at least to receive. Finally I got my wallet. It’s used. The box destroyed and thrown into a shipping sleeve. Scratches all over it. No refunds. Good luck getting answer. They lie about shipment details. Three different people I talked to each one had a different answer on status of shipment. Nightmare.

3 times the price of any other website, my bad....but also it takes up to a month to delivery it when I asked to be refunded because the delivery date wasn't compatible with my need they refused to refund me.

The Bulb Cameras I bought only tells me..."Bulb Camera has STOPPED...Restart Application...SEND Feedback"...
They sent me the manual...which has no corrective actions mentioned.../// SCAMMERS...???

Ordered the Minimalist Wallet on November 16, 2017, and as of today, Feb 26, 2018, still no delivery. THAT'S OVER 3 MONTHS! Have e-mailed several times, and they keep saying that "it's on its way", and even the tracking link they sent was rubbish. I am now hoping Paypal will resolve in my favor so that at least some of my money comes back!

I wish I had come across these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a wallet from this site early November and after about 3 weeks I sent an email asking where it was. Was told that it was delayed ‘due to popular demand’. Fair enough. I emailed again second week of January and had no response, so I sent another one saying I had no reply so was going to escalate this to PayPal .....surprise surprise they then replied with a message saying they had sent it but must have been lost - they would resend one and provide a tracking number. 1 month on and no product or tracking number, and of course ignoring emails.

I ordered a pair of Magic Gloves, for arthiritic hands and they were cheap nylon gloves with some gold dots painted on and the finger tips were cut off with a cheap pair of scissors and not very well.
Do not order anything from this company or website!

I ordered the car repair kit and in spite of them telling me that it had been sent, I never received anything,
They then said that they would send a replacement. Same story.
Now they just don't even answer e-mails anymore.

Ordered neck brace in Dec. 2017..today Feb 5 never received. They don't respond to e-mails.
Contacted my state Attorney General to investigate this business.
CBS 60 Minutes producer told me they have received hundreds of complaints...may do story for airing.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I ordered an item from The Viral Gadgets on 24th December, 2017. I was told it would take 14-38 days for the item to arrive. It still has not arrived.I have tried several times to contact TVG, all to no avail.Then I googled them and found link after link warning people not to deal with this company. All of which leads me to believe that I am not the first person to escalate a PayPal claim for TVG. Which then makes me wonder why PayPal are still dealing with this company....

The company does not fulfill its promise. I placed the order on November, 6 2017 and as of today January 31, 2018 still have to wait another 2-3 weeks. Their products getting shipped from China. No actual person to talk to, no phone numbers, communication by email, where an answer comes after 2-3 days.
