Zero stars

Zero stars. This is a scam! I bought a product IPL permanent laser hair removal a month ago - still waiting! Paid $94. I queried my order - no response to email. Tracked order - recurring message is “Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier”. Bloody thugs! Not sure how I can get my money back as I paid with my MasterCard but not through PayPal. Im usually wary of scams but thislooked very
legit with all the great reviews. 😡😡😡

Bought and paid for Buddah bracelet on the 23rd December 2018, and still haven't received a confirmation or details that my order have been shipped. Tried contacting them and no response at all. I have placed a complaint through Paypal and asked for my money back. I will never purchase from The Viral Gadget or Buddah store or other names they're using to advertise their scams.

Where is your "zero" stars option"..

Where is your "zero" stars option?

Evidently, the company, The Viral Gadgets (TVG) has other names it goes by. Buddha Power Store and Squalet Pte Ltd are 2 other names.

Prospective customers, beware.

Someone on my FB page shared their link and it caught my eye.
I was interested in one of their pendants which came with another of the same pendant FREE.

I placed the order for one of their pendants and paid $49.95 via Paypal. Within minutes, the confirmation came in and instead of my being charged $49.95, I was charged $99.90.

Smelling a scam, I immediately wrote back to the company telling them that I wanted to cancel the order. An hour or so later, I received an email from them thanking me for my purchase. My request for a refund was blatantly ignored. I wrote back to them that I had cancelled the order immediately after receiving their invoice with the wrong amount.

I received additional emails from them, acknowledging and thanking me for my purchase. I realized that they were never going to acknowledge my cancellation and refund my money, even though their site claims they honor refunds.

Called Paypal yesterday afternoon. I explained the situation, gave them the facts and they credited my money back immediately. Thank you, Paypal. I love you and the buyer protection you provide.

This evening, that company had the gall to e-mail me the following:

We'd love to hear what you think of our customer service. Please take a moment to answer one simple question by clicking either link below:

How would you rate the support you received?

Good, I'm satisfied

Bad, I'm unsatisfied

Below is the e-mail I sent back to them.

Your customer service sucks. It's awful. It's the pits.

You did not acknowledge my request for a refund (that I asked for within a few minutes of placing the order). I cancelled the order because your company got the order wrong and charged me double what the total was supposed to be.

Instead of acknowledging my refund and issuing me a refund, you sent me additional emails thanking me for the purchase.

I have Paypal to thank for refunding my money. Not your scamming company.

Just go away.

The Viral Gadgets (TVG) - are they scammers?

On 13 November 2017 I ordered an item costing $47.97 from The Viral Gadgets (TVG). I paid using PayPal (also, TVG apparently trade as Squalet Pte Ltd on PayPal).

After waiting several weeks, I contacted TVG to be told I should wait a little longer. After a few more weeks still no sign of the goods.

I contacted TVG again, the said they'd send another - it didn't arrive after many weeks.

After repeated assurances that the goods had been sent and that I should wait for the goods to arrive - this went on for around 5 months.

After more than 5 months I requested a refund. TVG told me they'll refund to my PayPal account. When I queried why I hadn't received my money, they said they'd try again - this repeated several times. Eventually TVG told me that they can't refund me to my PayPal account unless I raise a dispute.

Since by now the 180 day PayPal dispute resolution window had passed (after which PayPal will not allow a dispute to be raised), I suggested TVG refund me either to my email address or via PayPal invoice - I entered into a lengthy email exchange with TVG - eventually TVG told me their processes does not allow this form of refund.

Despite assurances over several months, including TVG aparently taking it to their management. Today, 16 September 2018, I'm still without my goods and without my money.

I feel aggrieved because it appears that they took my money, they didn't send the goods, and they deliberately delayed my refund request.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THE VIRAL GADGETS!!

themgadgets is terrible!

I ordered my product 'Arctic Air Conditioner' from 'themgadgets.com' on July 12 and I didn't get my product until August 22. I opened up the product to try it and it doesn't work. I asked my brother who is an expert at air conditioner. According to his knowledge, the fan was broken and no way to fix it. I contacted customer service and Junovie is who I talked to. I asked for a replacement and was told they do not accept returns/exchanges for any purchases made. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. According to return policies, you cannot return your product after 2 weeks of your purchase. Well during those two weeks, my product didn't arrive until 6 WEEKS LATER! Not only was the delivery service horrible but so is the customer service AND this store's return policy. My product came from China and that's why it took so damn long for me to get my defective and broken product. But that's not all. I ordered more products on July 24 so I could use my coupon. One of my orders was a Soft Spiral Disposable Easy Earwax Cleaner. Once again, I waited longer than 2 weeks for my product. But I didn't get the item I ordered exactly. It was a different ear cleaning product that was written in Japanese. I don't know Japanese so how am I supposed to read the ****ing instructions!?

I filed a dispute for my purchases. I give my negative review and feedback on the products, the store in general for giving me the wrong product, for bad customer service and flawed policies. Don't buy from this store because if your product gets shipped to you late and you don't like your product, 2 weeks will have passed and you're stuck with your product and you won't get any exchanges or your money back. This store either needs to change things or just go out of business.

0 STARS!! Not worth even 1 measly star.

I ordered a Pocket Guitar almost a year ago...

Still hasn't arrived and after more than 10 emails to customer support, I don't think I'll be refunded. I've also since learnt the Pocket Guitar does not make a sound as it leads you to believe in the video advertising.

If you're thinking of buying a Pocket Guitar or anything else from The Viral Gadgets, don't.

Bad company

Bad company - do not buy from them. I purchased an item in December, it was not what they advertised so they said they would accept the item if I returned it. I posed the item in January with the return address they supplied the item was returned to me in May.

Horrible customer service and poorly designed (but well-marketed) product

Horrible customer service, and poor products. I bought "The Minimalist Wallet" from them, and after a short time the money clip got stretched so it wouldn't securely hold even a few folded bills. I have to keep using pliers to squeeze the metal clip so it will work, but now the metal body of the entire product is scratched and looks terrible. They have a great marketing video and push the product nicely, but DECEPTIVELY, on Facebook and elsewhere. DON'T TRUST THEM, and DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! When I first ordered, it took much longer than promised to ship the wallet, and it took them forever to get back to me when I asked about the expected delivery date. They just kept lying, and eventually the product shipped (weeks after it was originally promised). Now, they tell me that they won't fix or replace the product, even though this is obviously a design flaw, and the product is useless if the money clip won't securely hold bills. You can't call them, so all you can do is send e-mails--and you'll just get an unsatisfying response after several days, if you're lucky.
