Stay away from this company at ALL cost!! They don't honor their word. Horrible customer service and the products are worthless.. Please please please STAY AWAY!!!

Friends plz don't buy anything on this site #TheViralGadgets..i wish to give it minus ratings. It doesn't deserve even a single star. my order number is #RU786102723CN and its been 3 months iv order for sunglasses and they delivered to me mobile navigating display. Iv been cooperating and requesting for my refund or correct ordered product. All in vain. #TVG is money making scam site

Ordered a drone with camera and wifi. When it arrived it had neither a camera nor wifi. Refund not offered or received and complaint ignored. I’d never order anything from them again.

TVG is a 3rd class e eCommerce company . its a scam and they making people fool . They never delver any product . strongly advice not to purchase any product form TVG . its a fraud. Also share your views on every plat form , just to show there real face .

This company rips you off if you have any problems with a product, I have placed 2 orders I had problems with, one was over 5 months ago which never arrived. they keep insisting it will ship any time now. I requested a refund and the have refused to comply. Then ordered the "Pocket Guitar" which I returned 3 days later by registered mail as it was defective and useless and requested a refund. That was over a month ago and NO RESPONSE. Do not expect them to honor any guarantees.

I ordered some wallets for Christmas on November 1st 2017, it's now January 2018. They keep giving me the automated response they give everyone. All I did was call my bank and viola, all my money is back in my account. This is however, one of the biggest scams I've seen. STAY AWAY!!

Do not order the hamsters. They did not function as represented. They do not talk and repeat as commercial says. They wiggle all the time while there is noise and then screech loudly and the noise would drive any child CRAZY!! They are cheap nonsense ripoffs!! I wanted my money back, but had to return the hamsters in original wrappings with proof of purchase. I removed and discarded the original packaging to try the hamsters. There was no receipt in the package. To get a refund, I had return the hamsters with proof of purchase and also pay for the postage to CHINA MYSELF! After calculating the cost of return, the time and effort to do so, and the hassle of trying to locate paperwork to prove the purchase, I decided to just toss them into the trash. DO NOT ORDER!!

If I could give O stars I would. What a scam. Ordered a item it took 2 months to get here. Was not what I expected. Asked to return it. The cost of return was twice the price of the item. Do not order from this company.

I would actually give them no stars. Had much difficulty. I ordered early in November and product never arrived. Each time I questioned my order they said give it a few more days. Received my order January 16. When I wanted to return it I found out it would be too costly. Do not buy from this unreputable company. I wish I would have seen the comments on them earlier. I’ve learned now.

Don't want to even give 1 star.This company is a scam,DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!.You will never get your merchandise. I ordered a set of drill bits,on Dec 22nd.Have heard nothing on them.I emailed to them about it,they replied that they had a large number of orders,so its taking longer then normal.Emailed again later,never got a reply,but keep getting emails for other products.I'm going to file a complaint with their state attorney general.REMEMBER,DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Worst Customer Service ever, ordered a wallet for my boyfriend on November 2nd and never recieved it, and after looking at reviews I probably never will. When I requested my money back I was told per policy they can not cancel my order after it’s started being “processed”. After stating to them that per their policy they state they can cancel any order at any time for any reason they feel is necessary. Now I have no response from them anymore! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!

I don’t even want to give them a star. They say my dent removal tool was delivered. It was not! I could never track it through the post office and then when I inquired about it the customer service person sent me detailed tracking I received it. I never received it and the post office cannot locate it. So I am out of the $ I paid for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT VIRAL GADGETS THEIR GUITARS..THEY DONT WORK LIKE THEY SHOULD.I ORDERED 2 FOR CHRISTMAS...BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...KIDS WERE SO UNHAPPY WITH THEIR GIFT..II WAS GOING TO SEND THEM BACK BUT THAT WOULD COST 60.00 AND I REALLY WANT A REFUND.GUESS WHAT...I RECEIVED ANOTHER GUITAR IN THE MAIL TODAY..I AM GOING TO SEND BACK UN OPENED.NOT HAPPY MOMMA....

I orderd the pocket guitar end of Nov 2017 still hasn't come.I know it never will.I even called The Consumer Protection Agency and they said they can't find anything about them.Luckily I got the money taken off my credit card. The only problem is these fly by nites got ther money already and look like ther getting it from everybody!

They are not able to send an order within 5 month. After several messages, they promissed many times to send the item, but nothing happend. After my last message, to give my money back, they even don't answer anymore.. That was my first and last order at this shop!

On November 14th 2017 I clicked on one of The Viral Gadgets ads on Facebook. I bought the LED Flame Light bulb and they charged me $48.75 including shipping. The confirmation email said 14-38 days for shipping, their website says 2-4 weeks. As of January 10th 2018 I still do not have what I ordered.

I asked for a cancellation and refund after emailing back and forth with their customer support who only told me that they were sorry and it was a popular product and that they were still processing my order. They told me they would not refund my money.

If a company could get 0 stars this company would! Their shopping cart sends a false discount code then it doubles your order. Unreal! Customer service says sorry can’t change the order. They sent me a link for their return policy and it went to a page under construction. Sad that Facebook doesn’t have ratings on companies that are put up on their site. They also use actors pictures to seem like they are legit. I would guess the actors are not being paid, just a guess.

I PURCHASED SOMETHING FROM THEM 2 MONTHS AGO AND AM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY OR EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER......NO REPLY FROM EMAILS - NO FOLLOW UP - JUST CONSTANT EXCUSES .....ABOUT HOW POPULAR THE ITEM IS, ... AND THEY ARE ESCALATING MY ORDER....

This seemed like a fun item for any guitar player, based on the advertisement I had seen. From the appearance and video, it gave the appearance that it was strum-able and produced sound. I ordered three of them as Christmas gifts. A month after ordering, they still had not arrived. As I had never received confirmation about my purchase via email, I wondered if I had given my business to a flight-by-night organization. The purchase had immediatley shown up on my credit card, but no other proof of purchase. I finally located the company and sent en email requesting tracking. They never wrote back, but about two weeks later, my order finally arrived.

When my gift recipients opened them on Christmas morning, we were all very disappointed at fact that you cannot play the thing. We got onto the website to watch the video to see if we were doing it wrong. I then noticed the note at the bottom of the product description stating that "This item is mainly for practice and doesn't produce any sound."

I count this as a lesson learned, but the disappointment in the product and mis-trust of Viral Gadgets still exists.

I am very sad that something i ordered from this company back in November has still not been shipped. They are still advertising this product on my Facebook newsfeed and I am really fed up with them. They’ve taken my money though. What an untrustworthy company. I am very disappointed.
