Awful Awful Awful.

It's been over 40 days and the order hasn't even shipped yet. I asked for a cancellation after a month had gone by and was told I couldn't because the order was confirmed and that the shipping takes 14-38 days...right, if it ever ships at all.

They had no problem charging my credit card though...

BUYERS BEWARE! Purchasd from this company in September 2017 it is now January 2018 no product and after several emails no refund. Reported to PayPal I hope I will get my money back. Dont buy from this company. The same products or sold on Amazon.

THE VIRAL GADGET IS THE WORST ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE I EVER GOTI! I RECEIVED MY TOOL (IT WAS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE FOR CHRISTMAS) WITHOUT NO INSTRUCTION AND WITHOUT PARTS THAT I NEEDED TO USE IT. STAY AWAY FROM THAT SCAM BUSINESS, THEY ARE LIAR ! BTW EVERYTHING THEY ARE SELLING, YOU CAN FIND ON EBAY AT 40% LESS... MY BAD...THEY ARE THIEVES .. HOPE I HELP SOME FUTUR BLIND BUYER... A shocking company. I purchased a pocket Guitar months ago as part of my son's christmas present. it is now 3/1/2018 and it still has not arrived. I have asked for a refund numerous times and all I get is the same standard response. No refund. They are dishonest scammers. I am so angry.

I returned the Pocket Guitar and they claim to have issued the refund, but it never came. They have stopped responding to me about it. I'm out $35.80. It's been nearly three months. At first, they seemed to be helpful and cooperative, but when the rubber hits the road, I'm out the money and they have moved on.

Ordered product early November. It is now Dec 29 and it has not yet arrived. Missed Christmas.........

I ordered their "Pocket Guitar" product. When ordering, I was offered a lower price if I ordered more, so I ended up ordering 2 more to give as gifts. The products were unsatisfactory, so I followed their procedures to return them. They repeatedly stalled me and would not agree to allow me to return them until I posted about it on their facebook page. When I did so, they were falling all over themselves to help me. I heard from three different sources associated with the company. One claimed I must send them to China, but another sent me a return label and shipping invoice to Brooklyn, NY.

I returned them and the USPS tracking system says they were delivered on December 2. Since then, nothing. I've written to then twice to ask where my refund is, but the only response has been a form email which says, essentially, that they'll get back to me soon.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME DEALING WITH THEM!

Would love to give these people a big fat ZERO. l ordered November 13 and got their slick response. Nothing for about 10 days so I used their “Contact a TVG bro or sis” link and was assured by Rizza that my order had been processed. Waited another week and then used their link again, this time Rizza said that it was with the “fulfillment” department. Next I got a link where they asked me to rate their service. I have to admit I was very scathing!!! Since then I have had nothing from them. I have contacted them twice through PayPal and had no response so today I have escalated my complaint with PayPal. Hopefully PayPal can help. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!

Thieves. Never received my order. They got their money though. No one to contact. No location of the business.

Never order anything from these people. Bunch of con artists. I ordered my item right before Halloween and it's now a day from Xmas. I have asked multiple times for a refund but keep getting the run around. Never again will I ever order from this company or anyone affiliated with them. Beware.

I have ordered a talking hampster for my special ones,to india(paid international charges).As stated in site, delivery within 14-38 days.its been almost 2 months. I haven't received till now.

Whenever i email them, i get reply only that it will be delivered.One day they said, its delivered where i didn't receive.One cannot track order.

Nowadays, no reply from them.

I ordered the pocket guitar n Nov 13, today is Dec 22 I still have not received my order when I contacted them via email they were very prompt with a response, I have emailed them three times in the last three days NO RESPONSE. And no guitar. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I will not be ordering from them again.

Placed an order at the end of Nov and now approaching end of Dec and still has not arrived. When Amazon offers 2-day free shipping, why would I ever order from Viral Gadgets again? Never will.

Buyer beware. I ordered the Pocket Guitar on November 1, 2017 and it is now December 21st and I still have not received it. I notified them last week and asked for an ETA and all I received back is that the products normally ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Now it's well over six weeks, so I asked for a refund. Response now says they no longer can apply a refund or modify a completed order. My only option is to either refuse shipment or take it to the post office and return it. However fine print somewhere on their website I happened across says they will NOT refund any shipping costs. After the first response (or rather non-response) they sent a link to rate their customer service. I clicked on the link (and mind you it was a day or two later) and the ticket was closed so I could not even rate them. I will no longer order from this company.

Please read all of the fine print and do not believe the hipe! Their marketing plan is brilliant, but their business model is lacking. More than a month to fullfill an order is very sad in this day and age. I placed an order November 14th for Chistmas. Today is 12/20 and the item has not shipped. I have been told the only way to return the item is to refuse the package. I ordered a better version of the item from Amazon and got it for less money and had it in hand in 2 days. BUYER BEWARE

Placed an order on 1/14 with delivery ETA being 4-38 days.
On 11/30 I sent in a request for an update as it did not show as shipped. They replied reminding me of delivery ETA.
Emailed again on 12/11 as it still did not show shipped. No reply.
Again on the 14th and 15th, still no reply.
Yesterday I requested a refund and emailed the parent company Squalet today, as I am not confident at all that they will reply or provide the refund.
I don't know if this is a scam, or they are just overloaded with the holidays, but their lack of response after the first time is appalling and unacceptable. No phone number to actually talk to someone, no replies. No way to conduct proper business. Wish I'd seen this site before ordering. They charged me before even shipping, so they have my money.
Avoid like the plague!!

It has been over 6 weeks since I ordered and paid for my minimalist wallet. I have been following up regularly.... with delayed responses from Viral Gadgets. They have now stopped replying.... clearly I have been scammed. I have reported and opened a case at the police in South Africa. I won't let this lie... these cheats need to be caught!!!

The pocket guitar is a total joke! I can’t believe I fell for it. It’s a piece of plastic. No music comes from it, whatsoever!!!

Bought a practice "guitar".... waited over a month ....when it did arrive what a load of rubbish just a block of plastic . I shall try and return it but judging by the comments about the company don't hold out much hope of a credit .
DO NOT ORDER THIS ! Lets hope Facebook takes them off !

Its been well over a month and a half since I purchased the talking hamster for my niece for Christmas and I still haven't received it.
