OUTSTANDING. Over and above is not something I hear…

Over and above is not something I hear lately in this country when it comes to genuine service and honest help. I had put off signing up for my Medicare Advantage Plan for over 2 years strictly because of my previous experience with both Government and Corporate locations. Today HeathPilot walked me through what seemed complicated previously. Im extremely happy and await my new xust package. Thank You HeathPilot.

I signed up

I signed up, selected my own health plan (no help u from you) and got a message it would be 2 weeks to hear from you regarding if I qualify.. and I have not heard from anyone since.

Everything seemed to go wrong

Everything seemed to go wrong. There was some sort of software glitch so it took an inordinate amount of time to get enrolled. So long, in fact, that we didn’t talk much about the specific benefits.

Part D was so easy!

Well, I haven't received notice that my Part D was approved, so that makes it hard to write a review. But the process so far was very easy and I am anxiously waiting to hear that I am approved for the really awesome coverage.

Useful Medicare Insurance Advice

Being able to speak to an advisor by phone was helpful in comparing plans available to me. However I did learn afterwards that Healthpilot left off the list several other plans that were available in my area.

Amazing Service and Very Well Informed

They didn't pressure me and were extremely informative and very, very kind. They took all the time that I needed to feel well informed and secure in my choices. Right down to helping to guide where I needed to "click" next!!
