My order did not arrive after 1 month

My order did not arrive after 1 week. When I then checked other people's reviews of this site I was concerned. Every week I was told it would be delivered. Phone was never answered and only communication was by email. After 1 month I referred them to the Consumers Rights Act 2015, cancelled my order and requested a refund. Refund was given, thank goodness as was worried this also wouldn't happen. Will not be using this site again. Would not recommend anyone else using it.

Unreliable and poor service. I will not visit again.

Only one of the two products ordered arrived. Emails were exchanged promptly and a promise made to send the second ‘unit’ asap was made. Many more emails, no product. A refund for the second unit was only made after 2 months and threat to take it further. Apparently my “next order is on them” Not happening.

Computer picks up error wrong end of postcode

The way their company orders are processed digital system picks up the end of postcode wrong but just round corner , i notified emailed them right away tried solve it but orders fast dispatched but were helpful online to fix it slowly dispatched but went to wrong neighbouring address but thankfully they notified postman recognising my surname he redelivered it round I got in end same will accure on my 2nd order supplements Swanson Devil Claw as this error happened with 1st order of Himalaya Liv.52 tabs safely glad it come within 8 days no argues seeing all the poor complaints about health reaction uk feel the difference warehouse supplements in a hurry online shopping , these things can happen ordered by 28th Oct come by 3rd Nov not bad ☆☆☆

Scammers

Do not use this company, you will receive an email to say item is out of stock, to then be offered a refund with your next order and free samples!! I had to open a dispute via PayPal to receive my refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I wish I had read reviews!

I wish I had read reviews! The same thing has happened to us, my daughter bought her GT Granny her favourite soap, they email to say we don’t have but can give an alternative size, it didn’t arrive for a birthday a week later, nor did it arrive for 4 weeks despite several emails. They promise free samples next time so we asked for a refund which they agreed a week later nothing, another email they say refunded - a week later nothing! Sadly great granddaughter lost her pocket money and no present - shame on you!

Item not sent out

Two stars rather than one as I did get a prompt refund when I emailed my complaint and said I was about to contact PayPal. This was after 10 days non delivery and no communication. No attempt to say that the item had been or would be dispatched, which was welcome but makes me question if they even had the product in the first place. The company trades under several different websites so made me feel like I was complaining to a different company than the one I bought from. Confusing. Hadn't read any reviews of Healthreaction or vitaminsuk. com but they are pretty awful. I'd say avoid or if not make sure you pay by a money back guaranteed means.

Total scam

Total scam. Ordered on the 26th September. It's now the 14th October and still no delivery. I emailed the company twice. Both times I was told in broken English that my order would be out early next week. Still nothing. I ended up raiding a dispute with my bank and got a refund. AVOID

Ordered protein powder.

Ordered protein powder.. took payment then emailed to say out of stock .. asked for refund via PayPal… they asked me to choose another flavour and they would send free samples … I requested refund. PayPal advised that they had not received refund … they are now chasing refund .. I have emailed to let them know they need to liaise with PayPal … they have asked me to close PayPal case .. and they will refund me
My experience is the same as the other reviews … avoid

Payment taken but no goods recieved

I ordered some c nac eyedrops on Sept 17th payment was taken on the 18th. 3 weeks later I chased up the order. I recieved a reply saying, in poor English, that stock was due in by the end of the week. A week later I chased it again to be told stock due in shortly, at this point I checked Trustpilot. The company has very poor reviews, their website shows the product in stock, so I have requested a refund. I will raise a bank payment dispute if no refund is recieved and report them to shopify for a breach of their terms.

I would give Nil Stars if I could

I would give Nil Stars if I could - absolutely awful Company. DO NO BUY FROM THEM. Same as all the other comments. I ordered and paid 21st August. Finally delivered today, five and a half weeks later! They take your money and then say out of stock. I have had to be continually emailing them and being told stock is coming or item being despatched, but they do not despatch it. They are the worst company I have ever bought from online. If you’re thinking of ordering from them, DON’T. If I hadn’t kept emailing them, I would never have received my order, and they will have kept me money. I seriously feel they should be investigated and closed down. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Placed order - a week or so went by, no delivery so I chased it. Was told ‘order was due out this week please’. Still didn’t arrive. Emailed forward & back for another couple of weeks eventually asking for refund. Was told refund would be issued. After a month, still nothing. Emailed again to be told ‘we will follow up and revert back please’. Going round and round in circles. Escalated to PayPal who stepped in to solve thankfully.

This company should be closed.
It’s a SCANDAL.
Ordered some cream six weeks ago apparently out of stock, and they wanted to send a substitute which of course I never received, I’ve asked for a refund after writing many emails, and still no response. Of course the money was taken out of the account the next day of ordering the product. This site doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Never again, be AWARE.
