Bought a neck traction inflatable brace.
Seemed ok at first but there isn’t anything ‘medi’ grade about the product.
The rubbery material on one of the tubes, connecting to the inflatable part, has turned hard plastic-like and cracked in multiple places all at once.
At this stage, it completely broke off.
Ready for the bin!
Product quality more like lowest grade, not medi grade..

Acceptable product, slow delivery
The product is good, but doesn’t last as long as it should. Also, the delivery is *extremely* slow. Easier to go to a larger pharmacy than wait so long.

Great piece of kit
Really useful kit in a handy zipper bag. I have a facial rash due to chemotherapy and the masks help to ease the itchiness. Comfy to wear too.love the fact I can choose between full face mask, eye mask, eye pads and under eye pads.

Complete amateurs STAY AWAY
Placed an order on the 8th of July. No tracking information given. Emailed them on the 21st of July asking about my order and was told that there was a fulfilment error, and unfortunately my order was not processed as expected. Processed my refund at the same time without even bothering to ask me if I would rather wait to receive the items instead. They have no customer support number either so you can forget it if you prefer to speak to someone on the phone. Stay away guys would not recommend them in a million years. A complete shambles of a company.
