A scam company. Took payment but have not received order.

Like others, wish I had read the reviews!!
Placed an order, then sent an email saying out of stock but choose from a list what I would like instead.
NO!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
No response to emails requesting a refund, will be reporting to trading standards and raising a charge back through my bank
Absolutely disgusting compan

Ordered of Healthreaction, no reply at all, sent emails only to be told item out of stock, promised refund but nothing. I emailed them again only to be told that I could order something different. This company is a complete scam, luckily I payed through PayPal. They investigated the case and ruled in my favour. Be careful ordering from this company

Please ALL read my review on vitaminsuk com. This health reaction is the same company. They seem to be trading under Feel The Difference Ltd as that is usually who debits the account. Contact your bank for a refund, Visa credit card you have to wait 31 days, but Mastercard you can claim immediately. I also wrote to Barnet Trading Standards by email and then submitted a form to Citizens Consumer Advice online. Email the company to let them know what you are doing. I harrassed them and got my stuff today - they got p****d off with me. My review on the above company also gives an email address that I found for one of the bosses there. Harrass them, pee them off and don't give up. Please

I'm very concerned after ordering expensive eye drops that I discovered, afterwards, are no longer allowed to be sold in Britain. I asked Healthreaction where the drops were made and how they're able to obtain them. The response was that they're made in Singapore and there's an agreement that no claims can be made, I was suspicious and contacted the manufacturer in the US. I was told they're not made in Singapore and to be very wary of counterfeit products. I cancelled the order and was told I will get a discount with my next order. I have no intention of making another order. I want a refund. Reading the terrible reviews here I doubt that will be forthcoming without a struggle. Company has now responded and offered a refund. I'll update later. Six days on and still no refund. Update ten days on and full refund received.

I have order item from.them..already sent them 3 times email..and the answer ALWAYS is -we will sent you next week,3-4days,next week. etc.Now I demand my money back and they sent me info they will sent me some sumple and discount for NEXT order without paying money back!!!.DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!!

Avoid this company at all cost, they are scammers. I bought 2 items from them which after they have taken the money, I was told the items were out of stock. They have not refunded my money up till this moment. At a point they pretended to have refunded it with pay pal but it was a lie. Please do not purchase from them, I would have rated them minus if possible. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Would give zero stars if I could, take your money then waited over a month for product that never came . Had to request multiple times to get a refund. Avoid

Placed an order over a month ago for three items. Only one has arrived. I've repeatedly been told the others items were due shortly. When I ran out of patience at waiting and demanded a refund, they have been telling me for a week, that it us due any day. Still no sign!

Ordered a deodorant stick 12 days ago. I keep getting the same response "it will be sent out this week".
Total scam.
Have raised a dispute with my credit card company and will report them to Trading Standards too.

I ordered and paid. Received an email to say item was out of stock but they had taken my money anyway. I was offered an alternative which I accepted. The item never arrived and the tracking number with Royal Mail that they supplied is stuck on “item leaving the UK” for around 8 days now. I suspect Ive been ripped off. They stopped responding to my emails

Terrible company they scammed me for £20 after they sold me an out of stock item and messaged me and said that they want to replace it but I wanted a full refund and they just ghosted me

Please don't order from this company. I was waiting 5 weeks for Chitosan suplement. Been missing in Royal Mail probably. Finally I said that I report company to Trading Standards and 2 days later product arrived. Bad communication with seller.

Ordered at beginning of Feb a herbal tea for a poorly friend. Since then, I've been told the product will be in stock next week. 6 weeks after placing my order I asked for a refund but asked to wait. I feel I've been ripped off & won't get a refund.

Never received updated details on my order shipping status. I realised later. They never shipped my order. They emailed to say they were out of stock but did not cancel my order.

Please people don't order anything from them.you won't get any product and no money back.I should read rebiews about this disgusting company before I ordered.scam absolutely scam

Placed an Order on 02/10/2024. Package finally arrived this morning 11/10/2024. Other than Pa*Pa* (chosen method of payment) emails, I had received no communications from Healthreaction. The first was confirming the Payment due - the second confirming an amended (reduced) Payment Due as they only had 5 of the 6 Items I ordered In Stock. However the contents of the Package were intact and as expected.

I placed an order on Health Reaction UK's website at the end of July and hadn't received my order as of the 6th October. Each time I emailed the company I was promised the goods would be with me shortly. At first I believed the Company and kept giving them more time. Eventually they advised that the goods weren't available and would I accept other products of a similar value that were in stock. I
confirmed this was okay assuming the order would now be posted, however I still hadn't received the order over three weeks later so I contacted Trading Standards via an online form provided by the Citizens Advice Bureau. I advised the Trader of this and they immediately confirmed the goods would be sent via tracked post. I received the order today, finally! My advice to other customers is to advise the Trader that you will contact Trading Standards as they have violated the Trading Standards act of 2015, and hopefully this will make them post the goods out. I will never buy from this company again

Abysmal company.

Advertises supplements (sold for double what they used to cost on iherb so making a massive mark up) as in stock and then when I ask why my order hasn’t arrived two weeks later(!) or even been shipped(!!!), I am continually and repeatedly fobbed off and made false promises about when my herbs will arrive.

Don’t they understand that people order herbs because they are sick and NEED healing? So to be continually making excuses and sending products weeks after they were ordered is unacceptable. Frankly they don’t seem to care either. Responses are consistent but short - one sentence long with no apology.

This is the second time I had the displeasure of ordering the same herbs (because herb no longer sells this product in UK) via health reaction. Both experiences equally bad. Perhaps this second experience is even worse.

Literally the most disgraceful company I have EVER dealt with. Avoid.

Ordered the item months ago did not receive.. so emailed them.. they replied with it's out of stock.. why advertise it if it's out of stock.. then told me to wait a week and then another week and another and another.. asked for a refund.. they have not emailed back to my replies.. DO NOT BUY
