There was just a small amount of difficulty with communication, getting the initial phone call for more information. But I eventually was able to get through on my end when I called. Everything else went pretty smoothly. And I was able to get the information I needed. Things were explained well. I am looking forward to starting.

I had worked with Malika as my clinical coordinator and my experience was amazing. Not only did the school answer back in a timely manner and multiple times but Malika.worked with the hospital I already work at and built a clinical contract with them to make everything as easy as possible for me. My journey with HTA has been outstanding, throughout the course you are coached and mentored by trained staff who have been in the field of study. They mentor you through and guide you to succeed in the course. Special thanks to Alisha, Lavada, and all the team at HTA who have been supportive throughout my journey. She guided me through every step of the onboarding process and made sure everything was completed smoothly. User friendly, easy to understand

The staff is amazing

I wanted to say positive things about this academy, but I can't recommend it based on my experience. The institute falls short in its academic standards and the level of support it provides its students.
Don't be misled by the promises of a faster path into the workforce or guaranteed job placement. In my experience, those claims don't reflect reality unless you're already working in the medical field.
Communication from the advising staff was often inconsistent, and follow-up was unreliable. The program felt highly disorganized, making it difficult to get the guidance and support students should expect.
Overall, I believe prospective students would be better served by attending a more established, accredited institution that provides stronger technical education and better student support.
