Have been waiting for three weeks for a magnetic bookmark. Had no idea this was coming to the uk from china via the us. Complete joke.

I ordered a equistrisn calender back in November
Still has not arrived. It said on 8 of December out in transition
I doubt I will get it. So cross. Do not use this company. Avoid like the plague
Going to try and see if can get a refund

Total SCAM. Claimed to have shipped 4th November even though shop says still waiting for info. Fake tracking from China says delivered. Emailed and them claim to have sent another with 2 new tracking ID. One fake Chinese number and a Royal Mail one that's not recognised. AVOID!

I place an order with healthy trips. first I was over charged, second I had two tracking numbers one from America and one from China after 22 days whilst one of the tracking numbers said my item was being declaed at UK customs, the postman knocked my door and delivered it. when I opened the package it was not the wireless bluetooth translation that I orded and paid for but some cheap poundland headphones rubbish. and there is no where to make contact with them although they claim to offer 24/7 assistance. if you have made a purchase fear the worst, if you are thinking about it PLEASE don't.

Got sucked into buying from this website after seeing a video on Facebook. Realised after I ordered that they are fake scam items. Ordered a colour changing foundation, it’s basically a great moisturiser, actually more like sun screen. Tried to cancel order but they have ignored my emails. Tried to claim from PayPal and they sided with the seller. Now telling me to send back to n address in China but address doesn’t exist when you try to do shipping label.

Ordered book marks 3/11/24 a month later nothing. Contacted the company and was told they would resend. By 13/12/2024 still no order. Requested refund and they refused. Luckily bought on credit card.

Rubbish, I ordered an equestrian advent calendar 6 weeks ago still not arrived, company said its been lost will send you another expect in a few days. Since the first one allegedly came from the US and sent 6 weeks ago its very unlikely. Avoid company at all costs, I do not expect to receive my calendar - they took my money with no intention of giving me the goods, fraudulent and disrespectful !

Absolutely rubbish. I am now emailing constantly basically just because. I dont expect my money back but luckily wasnt that much. Clearly a load of bs. They offered to resend missing product if i repaid???? Urrrr NO!!!! Dont order anything from here.

I would give no stars if I could. My shipment arrived too late and it wasn't even what I ordered scam scam scam!!!!

Been waiting almost 6 weeks for an equestrian advent calendar for my daughter. Tracking advice said it had arrived in the UK almost 2 weeks ago. Advertised as a UK comp, but beware, definitely not.I messaged support, and they said please bear with us, we can't find it, we'll send another..........
What a lot of good an advent calendar would be, even if by some miracle it does arrive. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

Absolute scam. Product took over a month to get here and is basically just a very cheap moisturiser.

If you try to leave a review on their website, they delete/hide negative reviews.

Terrible! I'm still waiting for my order over 5 weeks! Customer Services have lost the original in transit. Will not give my money back either. Do not go here.

Absolutely useless customer service. Their site says you can return a product within 14 days. I messaged to say I’d like to return something and they’re refusing to let me return it. They said they will give me £6 maximum back and I can keep the product (I paid £18). I’ve said no as I do t want the product and I’ve said I’ll pay the return cost but they’ve said no. They won’t tell me the cost to return and won’t give me the return details.
Customer service is appalling. They just say the same thing over and over and don’t listen to me. I would never use this company again!!!

Do not us this website it is not uk based, even though it says healthy-trips.co.uk,it says its coming from American? Not sure thats true either but who know where its coming from probably the moon as 5 weeks on and its still not arrived . Sent an email to be told delays with courier. Asked for a refund. I doubt very much i will get one. We are now six weeks on and tracking info updates since 1/12/24 have not change, royal mail waiting to receive parcel. its allegedly arrived in the country around the 24/11/24. Just getting fobbed off. Even got paypal involved but they are just acting as go between atm
15/12/24 received my parcel asked to return it as i had already bought a replacement. To be told to return it to china. So basically the admitted that it was originally shipped from china. Im refused to ship back to china so will contact PayPal for a resolution

Absolute shite quality, looks like something out of a Christmas cracker. Paid £12 for something worth £2 Avoid!

Ordered a bookmark beginning of November. Over 4 weeks later the only response I get is that they will send another. Nothing arrives. And it just says it’s in China from the tracking. AVOID AT ALL COST!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Company lie about tracking item fooling you to believe it’s coming from America. Truth is they lie, company based in china but items posted from the UK. Here’s the thing tho, you wait over 4 weeks for it to arrive. Scam company, item is very poor quality and you can’t get refunded. Avoid!

we ordered something, they charged the wrong amount. Tried to complain, Then we dig deeper and found:
Holding company is in the UK, but registered office is a moving target and company is about to be struck off. The only listed director lives in China.
The website 'about us' describes a couple of americans running a family business in Texas.
All goods are shipped from China. No return address or details - you have to return anything at your own expense to China. Quick scan of positive review all show US users - for a UK site?
Suggests the positive reviews are fake....

Think this is a scam not heard about my order no email for me to get in touch with them nothing at all from them
