I shouldn't even give it 1 star. What a load of crap! Cream doesn't change colour at all. No point trying to send it back as it costs too much. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought them 😕 😡

Will ignore request to cancel, charge more than you agreed to and not respond to emails. Items not even arrived despite saying delivered. TOTAL SCAM

SCAM do not buy from this company it does not do what it says. Fuming I've been duped by this.

Bought colour changing foundation via Facebook advert. All positive reviews. Allegedly buy one get one free £9.99 they then added tax, shipping and insurance totalling £18. Product sent from China, not as advertised doesn’t change colour or provide coverage. Complained and offered £3 compensation or I can pay to send back to China. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased from a company called Health-trips spent £24.70 on my PayPal. Special off er buy 2 get 2 free,
The item was Eelhoe Foundation make-up discolouration. Shipped from China. Reading the advert, great customer service, refunds available.
It arrived on Monday, but discovered it is not what it says, it's a moisture not Foundation, DONT BUY.
Contracted the great customer service, I had to pay to return it to China £15+ and compensation of £4.00, offered to keep the item, give to my friends REALLY.
I have now, contacted PayPal, to open a dispute.
My advice Don't buy rubbish, they also trade under other names, check out reviews, as this is a cheap copy of more expensive ones that do work.

Very bad experience. First they changed me more money that the order total was. That was corrected. However, after several email exchanges they are still refusing a refund. The product is not as advertised. I contacted my bank for help.

SCAM COMPANY!!!
I ordered a ‘mini dual-purpose curling iron’, it arrived with poor instructions (not even good English!) when I finally managed to work out how to use them they didn’t work! Emailed the seller who responded surprisingly quick, offering me £2 refund, item cost 12.99, total cost 20.94 inc. post etc.
This advert was on Facebook and I’ve now noticed many more adverts of the same product with the exact same advert under different company names!!!!
So even if I reported them to FB there’s another advert with a different company name 😡😡😡😡

The goods I ordered where not delivered after complaining and requesting a refund I received a totally different product.. Cheap plastic rubbish... Still refusing a refund unless I pay to return this tat back to China at my expense.. I ordered initially believing this to be a UK company... Total scam😡

Easily the most awful shopping experience I've ever had. And I'm questioning the legality of their methods.
They advertised the goods for Xmas delivery but when it became apparent it wouldn't arrive in time, twice I tried to cancel whilst the goods were in the CoO (China).
Their 'customer service' demanded I wait until delivery had been made and they would sort the return only to demand that I then pay for shipping back to China knowing this would be more tan te value of the goods.
Their customer service is woeful and the product, cheap and nasty.
I would give 0 stars if I could.

What a scam. The horse advent calendar was described as a luxury item. Full of beautiful gifts for a horse lover/owner.
Took months to arrive. No response when chasing the item.
Finally arrived a tiny broken box full of gifts you'd find in a cheap Christmas cracker.
Utter scam. Do not buy from this site.

This seller was totally unhelpful. The parcel was left on my doorstep- terraced house on a street. There was no attempt to deliver it safely. Package was stolen 2 hours later- police informed and crime number obtained. Both delivery and theft were recorded on CCTV. Seller employed the unspecified courier, yet wants me to seek redress with them. I have no way to do this. I’ve asked for a replacement or reimbursement, but they are unhelpful.

Absolutely a scam company. Ordered an equestrian advent calendar in November. After several emails and them saying it was lost in transit and they would send another it finally arrived today 30th December and it’s a pile of garbage. It’s got cheap toys not equipment as shown and half of it is empty. Nothing usable. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

Ordered the foundation terrible product, weak as dirty water, and smells awful. It's a Chinese product so took nearly a month to come.. utter waste of money at nearly £20 for a capful.

This so called company are scammers. I only put one star so I could leave a review! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!!. They have consistently lied that the Hairdresser keyring I ordered was stuck in the USA, then it was coming from China, then it was in Birmingham and then China again. They send you a tracking number and it also appeared on PayPal. I have requested a refund many many times. Today I received an email from PayPal stating that my case was closed because they had delivered the keyring. Yet another lie because it is now 8 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Fortunately after a call to PayPal they refunded my money and will prevent anyone from dealing with this so called company again. DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER

This is the same company as joy-trips.co.uk. rubbish goods not as advertised. AVOID AT ALL COST

Total scam !! Do not touch this lot! Ordered advent calendar 9 weeks ago never turned up . When you contact support all you get is the same automated reply !! Scammed out of £40 !! Original price of item was £30 , but charged me £40 !!!! STAY WELL CLEAR

Unfortunately can’t give 0 stars. AVOID THIS WEBSITE SCAM. Any reviews with stars are likely them! Ordered equestrian advent over 6 weeks ago…original package…no tracking… resent another supposedly 4 weeks later.. guess what tracking number doesn’t exist on their website, asked for refund numerous times avoids the request and keeps telling me it’s still in transit it’s a logistics problem…

Why are companies like this getting away with stealing from people !! I stupidly ordered a bra from them, took over a month to arrive and found they are useless, paid £29 for them.Contacted Healthy Trips to return for refund, they offered me compensation of £4 !!! I am still battling with them , Bought from a Facebook advert. Facebook should vet and fine these scam companies

I’d have given 0 if I could. Place order on 19/11/24, it hasn’t arrived for the big day and I have had no response to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THiS COMPANY!!
