Like every one else on here I have been scammed , the foundation is not what they say it is ,it doesn’t change colour and it definitely doesn’t work like the advert on Facebook shows , Surely this company can be investigated as it’s against the law and consumer protection , I for one won’t ever buy anything else from them . What is Facebook doing about these adds , they should not allow them

A pity I couldn't give minus stars. A total scam. First they overcharge you by about £3. It is Not a UK company, the product tracking is a joke saying its coming from US but it's actually come from China. Product is nothing like described and doesn't do that it says. Absolute waste of money. If you want to return you have to pay for return to China.

Ordered makeup back in December 24 still not received all they do is blame everyone else they won’t refund so there breaking customers rights, they say o should contact the senders well I thought they sent it?

If i could give this a Minus rating I would. I never recieved my order, 3 months later still nothing. Tracking information, is rubbish. 2 different tracking numbers, one tracked to a random field in England and the other not recognised. Courier not supplied to enable me to investigate further. I recieved confirmation of my order via email from Healthy Trips but when trying to communicate in relation to my order I was left to deal with what I think must be a 3rd party- 榮迪網絡科技有限公司.

I feel this is suspicious. The items were bought in good faith and the company did not fulfill their order.
When I tried to raise a case with PayPal to dispute this I was advised by 榮迪網絡科技有限公司 to wait for delivery and provided with a false tracking number. While waiting on the order the case was closed and I am unable to raise again. I was offered a refund only if I returned the items. An impossibly when they were never received.
Wish I had read reviews before placing any order and I would have saved my money.

I bought the colour changing foundation via facebook. It doesn't work, it's merely a thin white cream that does nothing.
The tracking details showed it starting it's journey to the UK from Oklahoma City. Yet payable returns are to China.
I emailed the 'support' team who suggested I keep the item and they would compensate me £2!
Don't buy this item as it will sadly go in the UKs landfill, along with mine.

I purchased this foundation after seeing reviews on Facebook, states its for any skin tone including black. This does not cover anything, just like putting on a moisturiser and it dried my skin out. DO NOT BUY THIS. Absolute rubbish and a scam .

Bought some makeup from them. Not suitable asked for refund as per the law for online sales. Offered my £3 and told to keep the priduct. Its no use yk mr and refuses to give detaols how to send back for full refund. This company are just rip off companies

Don't deal with these scum bags they scam you by sending a cheap alternative.when you complain they offer a pound and you have to send product back at your expense

AVOID Like many others i bought the 'any skin compatible ' foundation after seeing a video on facebook. Took a month to arrive, complete con and a load of rubbish. as others have already said its basically just moisteriser at best with a tint. certainly not like in the ad.
Interestingly, once i purchased, they blocked me on Facebook meaning i could not leave an honest review in the comments.
if you want decent fountain go to boots or a decent dept store - not Facebook!

Disgusting company, if I could give no stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered some make up, wrong one sent, they told me because the warehouse are sure they sent the right one (I sent proof of what was ordered & what I received) they could give me a £3 refund to keep the ones I had or send it back TO AMERICA & get a refund. COMPLETE SCAMMERS DON’T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE 😡

I ordered screen protectors for my iPhones in October 24 they charged me double but PayPal got about £5 back but l have still not received them 19 February 25 after sending emails (we are on holiday)🤷🏻‍♂️

Took more from my account than they advertised the price and shipping to be then responded to initial email saying they would refund me the difference which they never did then ignored any of my further emails. Product was also useless. Definitely would not recommend.

This company are appalling and should be reported. When I made my order, I was over charged and ignored when I took that up with them. I then had an email to say they 'were on holiday' and would deal with it in due course. I asked PayPal to intervene and suddenly I was refunded the over payment charge. I still heard nothing after that exept for one message again being told they were 'on holiday'. So I asked PayPal to intervene again, which they did. I then started having emails from this company with step to step tracking but still no delivery. It was only when I told them that I would have 50 of my friends PER DAY to share all of this information on all social media platforms and ask them to share with thier friends on all social media platforms, reminding this company that it is a 'world wide web'. After saying that, they seemed to eventually take real notice. After all that, when it did eventually arrive all I had was just moisturiser not the foundation. This company ought to be investigated. STEER WELL CLEAR

To be honest I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star, but had to so I could write this, AVOID, been waiting 6 weeks now for a pair of jeans, excuse after excuse why thry haven't arrived! SCAM!!!!

RIP off company. Purchased some Eelhoe foundation makeup. Absolute rubbish. Went on like moisturiser nothing like foundation. After several emails back & forth was offered a measly £3 refund on a product that cost £15!!!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs as you will be wasting your money!!!

Very dubious now... should've read reviews on Trust Pilot too. Went with FB reviews instead. Colour changing foundation... transaction has amounted to £17.14...and not the 14.99 I was told...also coming from Hong Kong.
I'll assume from other reviews on here...I've been scammed too.

This is not a foundation- just a moisturiser, hence white colour.
Received items ( buy 1 get 1 free) although tracking provided puts package in Dallas USA!?
Should have read reviews on trust pilot before buying and not believed fake video reviews on Facebook.

Will only refund if sent back which will cost more than what I paid for it This is what these companies do as I haven’t seen it advertised since I bought it. Complete SCAM! can’t believe I fell for it. Have escalated with PayPal let’s see if they refund 🙏🏻

Update…. No point opening a Case with PayPal they will only issue refund when goods are received back. It will cost more to send!
