Terrible company to deal with - ordered some bra's - not as described and when I tried to return them they would not give an address to do so. After going backwards and forwards they eventually offered me £6 compensation (which just covered the shipping costs!) so I have ended up having to pay for a product that is not as described and no use to me whatsoever. In this day and age people cannot afford to pay for things they cannot use!!!! Very unhappy

Terrible quality product. Ordered 3 cat coasters and they are nothing like the pictures. They have been 3d printed on the cheapest equipment and done as fast as possible resulting in a terrible finish. Nowhere near worth the money. Took ages to arrive also. Very disappointing.

This is a SCAM company!! STAY AWAY!!! I ordered two pairs of jeans from an advert I saw on Instagram. The jeans arrived and were completely unwearable/defective. Legs were different lengths to name one of the multiple flaws. I instantly requested a return for a full return. The offered a £8 compensation on a purchase of £42, which I refused. I emailed multiple times requesting a return and never heard back. The seller did not honor their stated return policy, which constitutes a breach of contract under consumer rights. Total scam artists.

I purchased 3 bras from this company after seeing them being reviewed on various social media sites. I get the bra's but the sizing is all wrong. I have emailed several times asking for the return information. All I get is an email offering me compensation of £2, then £4 and then £6. They tell me that it isn't worth returning them because the cost of the return to China is too much. I though I was ordering from an UK website. Still can't get items returned as the company is no longer emailing me.
My advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The quality and sizing of the products is poor. I would give no stars if I could

Would have put zero if I could! Bought some bras, asked for uk sizes. When arrived 16 days later they were huge…. 5XL on sizing. Went back and asked how to get refund. Told by them it would be too expensive to return so offered £2 !!! I Don't think so, they’ve now upped to £4 refund. I want back what I paid £24.38 and they can have their products back with pleasure. Don’t buy from them 😡

My package was posted in UK but no senders address, here in couple of days del Evri. Told would cost a lot to return to China so accept £2, hope it chokes them.
Tried to charge me Tax but I wasn’t having that they refunded that, been in contact few times they’re just crooks.
I am a pensioner and can ill afford to throw money away like that I will report to Trading Standards etc etc this must STOP!!

Took ages to come.
Kept getting emails saying the items were at US customs, then they arrived on the same day as the last email stating preparing to be shipped.
I’ve been overcharged by £5.75 with no explanation. PayPal has been worse than useless, finding in favour of the seller “who provided more info”. I have gone back to PP to enlighten me and to insist the difference is refunded.
It’s the first time I haven’t checked Trustpilot. Never again.
The worse thing is, the items aren’t suitable. I don’t suppose I’ll ever see a refund as there are no return instructions. I’ll just have to suck it up but I’m very, very unhappy.

Lies, lies, lies. Fake, fake, fake. So annoyed with myself for getting sucked into believing this was good. I read the reviews and thought it was safe. It's not. It's a rubbish moisturiser which dries the skin out. it is not foundation and does not cover!!!

I am going through PayPal to get my money back. Especially as they charged a few quid extra for 'tax' which was not mentioned at any stage.

What an absolute scam, I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my order and quite frankly I don't think it will ever arrive. They take your money and won't even allow you to cancel and get a refund. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

SCAM - only deliver half the order and then deny any responsibility.
They admitted in one email it was despatched in 2 separate orders and said as the stock is not in their warehouse it is now my problem only one package has arrived.

If I could put a negative I would. Their communication is good as they did respond to all my emails. However that is where the positives end. They take no responsibility whatsoever. There ends up being two tracking numbers. One for abroad and one for the UK. I was never advised of this or the UK one so when I kept checking the tracker it showed as still enroute. After about 3 weeks or so I contacted the company and was told it had been delivered and they gave me the second tracking number. When I checked it had been delivered almost a week earlier with a photo of it being left on my doorstep. Needless to say. I never had it so can only assume it was picked up by someone. The annoying thing is it could have fitted through the letterbox. I assumed that as I had’t had the items they would send me a replacement. But no. They don’t want to know. They say I have to speak with the delivery company as - as far as they are concerned - the item was successfully delivered. It wasn’t successfully delivered. It was dumped where it was easily accessible for anyone to walk off with. I also have a shed on the drive and the gas box next to the front door where small items have previously been left by other delivery companies. The delivery company also doesn’t want to know. They have a photo. Their job is done. So yet again. The buyer loses out.

Why is this company still being allowed to trade in the uk? Any positive reviews all have same words in eg “thoughtful comfortable design”Trust Pilot please check this.
It would be laughable except they are stealing peoples money on a world wide scale you won’t get a refund other than $3 and can’t return it. It’s some thin white liquid heaven only knows what it’s composed of. Does nothing all the video reviews are false. Please don’t throw your money away.

Waited weeks for this Foundation, only to find it's nothing like what was advertised. God knows how many coats they had to put on to get the finish. Total waste of money!!!

Total con. Makeup product rubbish. Charged twice and PayPal not helpful at all. They request to send products back to get refund. Not paying any more more to send rubbish products back to China! Will always check TRUSTPILOT on any companies shown on Facebook, most are fraudulentl

Do not buy from this company. I have been waiting over a month for this foundation. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased it. It's not worth waiting for the product is a load of rubbish. Not foundation just a clear liquid. It's one big scam..

I would have put no stars but that option was not available. It took weeks to arrive, and I was charged £15.78 not the £ 9.99 stated, for buy 1 get 1 free.
This is a total RIP OFF, a thin white liquid which does not change colour at all! It is not a foundation!

Scammers be warned. I ordered an iPhone screen I never received it. They blamed the local Post Office but never made to my county. Liars and thieves. I have proof of their lies, I have the receipts and they say ever so sorry you’re not satisfied and try to offer a 1/3 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL LOSE OUT. SCAMMERS.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I wasted my money!!! This stuff is absolutely rubbish, doesn't change colour, it's just a thin white liquid which brought me out in a rash! All 4 bottles are in the bin.
