Scam company provided some strange tracking number for a company never heard off item tracked for a month going all over the world never arrived I contacted customer service who said they would send another 1 this was over 2 weeks ago I’ve asked for new tracking which they say they can’t provide I’ve had to put a charge back through credit card who are investigating them

This company is appalling. Firstly six weeks of waiting to their product to arrive. Two tracking numbers one from America then one from China. Wrong product provided when it did arrive. They deny that it was. Product poor quality and not fit for purpose. They are deceitful and blatantly lie

Awful ordered pack of 3 Bras they took over a month to be delivered. The sizes were completely inaccurate and did not fit. Material was shocking. I paid £30 they offered me £3 refund. I refused . They then offered me £5 I refused and requested a full refund. Just lots of emails stating they will speak to manager but have not received refund. They told me they are based in China and the cost to return is more than the cost of items. I have argued and pointed out their e mail address is a UK address so they are misleading customers and keeping money. Downlight robbery

I ordered a Yorkie lamp from this company 5th May 2025. I still haven't received it! They keep fobbing me off and blaming the shipment company. I have asked for a refund but they will not give me one. They keep telling me they have resent the parcel... 3 times in fact and I still haven't received anything.

These bras are not fit for purpose and the quality of material is cheap and nasty. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and all they is is they will give me is £2 refund

I ordered three bras from this company after seeing positive reviews on various social media platforms. However, when they arrived, the sizing was completely wrong and not supportive at all.
I have exchanged emails several times requesting return and refund information as stated on the 15-day satisfaction guarantee, but instead of proper support, I’ve only been offered small compensation amounts—£2, then £4, and finally £7. I was also told it wouldn’t be worth returning the items due to high shipping costs to China, even though I believed I was ordering from a UK-based website.

My advice: do not use this company. The product quality and sizing are poor, and customer service is extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if that were possible.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’ absolute scam!! Bought bras, eventually received them, they were scraps of material, not fit for purpose! Offered £2 compensation and to keep the bras, like they were doing me a favour… then offered me £4. I told them I would happily accept a full refund. Their final email said “sorry, have a nice life” they are SCAM artists, also pretending to be from USA but from China

I RATE THIS COMPANY AS 0 STARS AS THEY ARE UTTER CRAP! I ORDERED BRAS WHICH ARRIVED BUT NOT MY SIZE AT ALL AND I WENT BY THEIR SUGGESTED SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS. OFFERED ME £2 COMPENSATION. EMAILS BACK & FORTH BUT NO REFUND OR ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM.

Ordered a month ago, item hasn't arrived, email responses are automated, just awful, total scam please avoid. Also, it's clearly a Chinese company and fake tracking mentions USA! Going through PayPal for refund.

The worst company to deal with. Ordered Bamboo boxer’s size L and instead got XS No label to indicate the size. Asked for refund and offered first £3.00, later £5.00 and last offer was £8.00 compared to what I paid £20.62. I strongly urge anyone not to buy anything or else you’ll lose your money.

Placed my order with healthy trips and thankfully I pay through Klarna, who have been brilliant dealing with this, and cancelled my payment. My order was supposedly on its way but never arrived, I contacted them and was told it was lost and they would send it again but surprise surprise it never arrived, this went on for two months, so my advice is stay clear of this company.

Ordered 4 pairs of 2xl bamboo pants . Absolutely useless , too small & leak . Avoid

I tried to order a 3 pack of bras which came to £20 luckily my Monzo declined the payment as they had tried to take £26 not good at all 😡

Do not buy anything from this company. They are total scam artists and thieves!! I bought bras and went with the size guide on their website. Got them and they are miles too big. Contacted them and they gave me an address to return the bras.....in China, which would cost as much to return as the bras cost. So I was offered a laughable paltry £2 in compensation and they now have £18 of my money which is theft in my book!!! The bras will be binned because they are absolutely no use to me. Very angry and very upset that I've been scammed. Do not entertain these kind of companies, they rely on people not returning the products because it costs more than the product itself.

Another SCAM company. I ordered two tubes of tanning cream which was white when I put it on my skin and it stayed white, it was more like an amoliant. When I complained, they said I had received what I ordered and offered me £3.00 not to return the cream.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Wouldn't ever use this company healthy-trips.co.uk as I got the foundation which didnt work it was a con but lucky for me I got my refund back from my bank

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!! I have ordered the colour changing foundation from them. Of course, it did not work and it was an absolutely waste of money. When I tried to return they started offering me 1 pound or 3 pounds with an endless e-mail corespondation that led nowhere. The customer support is ridiculous, the products are absolutely nothing like they say and they just SCAM people for money. Do not buy from them.
