I have been using their Mushroom Coffee and it does what it says on the packet i.e. Energising brew without the caffeine crash

I've been using Healthy Yeti Mushroom Coffee for quite a few months now.
In a relatively short time I did notice that my numerical recall and focus was better, noticeable in my job.
I take it as my morning coffee, and it tastes just like coffee, no mushroom flavour at all.
1 pack lasts a month with a few spare servings.
Highly recommended.

I like the product and the brand. I really like the tin I got.

Tasty coffee without the heart palpitations or jitters and upset stomach. Great customer service and love the tin for storage that came with my first order. Already on my 2nd pack! Can’t go back to normal instant coffee now.

I love this product. I’ve tried other mushroom coffee but this one is not only just palatable, like some, it actually tastes good. It is by far the best mushroom coffee I’ve had.

Bought 3 packs of this on subscription because it was cheaper - then found it very hard to cancel as the My Account section of their website doesn’t show you love subscriptions and so you have to go via customer services for them to send you a link to access this otherwise hidden info. This is a deceptive practice designed to make you stay on after your initial order. 2 stars as product decent and customer services quick to respond. Not recommended as a company though. Revised review upwards in light of response.

A purchase was made in error, I emailed the company within 30 minutes as I was trying to find a contact number but you simply cannot talk to them. They didn’t respond until 3 days later, in the meantime the order was despatched, I emailed a response to the despatch notification, but still no joy.

Long story short, they sent the product and now I have to pay to return the item due to there being no contact number available.

I would avoid this company if you’d rather be able to talk to someone should you have a problem.

Update 13/08/2025……

I took a call last evening from the founder of Healthy Yeti, around 4 hours after I posted the review.

He understood my point of not being able to contact and cancel the order 30 minutes after the order was placed.

He advised me the member of staff I was dealing with basically followed the training she’d been given regarding returns process etc, which wasn’t wrong, was was frustrating is the not being able to contact the company apart from emails which are not responded to in good time, I will add the parcel was delivered 3 days after the order was placed, quicker than emails being responded to.

We spoke on the phone for a good 10 minutes and ironed out my frustrations with the response times, I’m confident they will improve on these, plus it was there busiest day of the week and it’s holiday season.

Basically, the fact that the founder took time out his day, plus he was on holiday with his family and he called me to discuss the matter goes a long way, clearly they want happy customers, they do listen to what customers want and act on it.

I have decided to keep the product and try it, I will post an update on here once I’ve been using it for a fair amount of time.

The rating was a one star, it’s now a four, this is due to them listening and responding. Once I’ve tried the product, I will update this post.

I've finally found a tasty alternative to coffee, I missed the ritual of having a morning coffee after I cut back on caffeine, and Healthy Yeti is my new go too. Gives me that tasty mug of coffee in the morning with all the added benefits like helping me focus at work.

The Coffee tastes lovely fast delivery and easy to amend if ypu want to skip or order now which is great so you never run out. Great customer service as well. Would and have recommend

I cannot fault my experience with Healthy Yeti… I’ve had quite regular contact with Customer Service since 15/1/25 while exploring the benefits of Mushroom Coffee and they have been above and beyond helpful throughout… Replies we’re always prompt, helpful and sincere with a genuine interest in hearing about my experience and how I found the product…

Delivery was prompt and free and I have been loving and reaping the benefits of the product…

Would massively recommend to anyone…

I have a bit of a fixation about never buying anything offered to me via an Instagram ad.

I'd heard so much about the benefits of lions mane mushroom products that I thought I'd give their company a go.

That the coffee is advertised as a break from caffeine I thought this might be really good for both my ADHD (the mushrooms) and something that tasted a bit like coffee without the caffeine (doctor's orders for a heart condition).

In fact there IS caffeine in the product albeit a "natural" caffeine whatever that means. It's effectively a nasty tasting instant coffee with some added powdered mushroom.

Really not impressed. It tastes like the cheapest non-branded instant coffee which costs a tenth or less of what I paid.

Really great coffee. Smooth taste. Best value on the market. Especially the dosage of Lions Mane

Chose healthy yeti as I get brain fog all the time and looked at a few companies and gave these a try. I've been getting it on subscription for a while. Always turns up when it should. Had a random call off them asking how I was getting on with it which was nice. They've recently changed the coffee blend and ingredients it's got more xyz now but I much preferred the older blend. Currently looking about for alternatives to try. One thing I noticed is this is a coffee you can make like a normal coffee. I've tried some that are stodgy and need a whisk...healthy yeti is not like that, it's more of an instant coffee which is a positive

great top-up coffee - when you want a whole mug - but not the full-bore type.

Quick delivery, product tastes decent. I haven't used long enough to assess benefits but the days I've used it I didn't miss my regular coffee.
