Thanks for taking the time to review and sorry that you've not had a good experience.
Yes our warehouse team did initially make a mistake and ship you a 30 capsule bottle instead of the 60 capsule one that you ordered. We hold our hands up to that error and we have already sent you an additional 60 capsule bottle free of charge in addition to the 30 capsule bottle that you already have.
If it hasn't arrived yet, then we're really sorry about this, but after we dispatch it, we do need to rely on the postal service to get it to you, and with everything going on they have a huge challenge to deliver all the parcels. While the majority of deliveries are fine, some are sadly being affected. We sent it via First Class and covered the cost ourselves.
You did get in contact with us several times across several different methods, but we have replied to all your messages. Your latest message did take 2 days to reply to. Although we usually endeavour to provide a 24 hours response, it did take one extra day to get back to you due to capacity issues. Our available team put in some extra time on a Saturday to do this.
I believe our Customer Service team has also offered you a refund and as way to apologise for the delay. If there's any more we can do, the best way to contact us is via email on hi@healthy-yeti.com.

Really pleased at how effective Sleep + Rest is at helping me settle down and unwind before bed. I can feel it gently taking effect about half an hour after use so I take it, read for a bit, and then I'm off to the land of nod! It works!

Purchased Healthy Yeti 3 weeks ago as I've recently stopped eating fish and have been trying out supplements as a replacement to keep up my Omega-3 levels. I can confidently said that just after a few weeks, I feel great and, more importantly, I'm less tired. I've found that the Healthy Yeti tabs make taking supplements very easy as there is no nasty taste left in your mouth (something I hated about a previous brand I purchased!). Service and delivery was also very good - great value!

Omega 3 oil capsules
I ordered the Omega 3 oil capsules and they arrived within a matter of days. Excellent service! I bought them for my son, so I will wait till he tries them for awhile before commenting further, but so far so good.
