BEWARE of ordering products from Healthy Living

My husband ordered 18 bottles of NeuroMax advanced formula powder on 2/11/26. We decided to return 12 bottles and emailed customer support to request a return address so product could be returned for a refund but kept getting the runaround. They asked if product was unopened, I confirmed this. Then they stated product needed to be used for 30 days before requesting return. I informed them it had been more than 30 days so again asked for return address so I could ship product back to them. They never responded with a return address so I am out $264.60! BEWARE of ordering anything from this company.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Will not return your emails or your voicemails or your text to their website websites and information they provide in their shipments. Their products don’t work and they don’t stand behind them or reply to your request for a refund. They don’t deserve even one star

Ordered Optivell on facebook after…

Ordered Optivell on facebook after watching a very convincing video which turned out to be totally fake. When I received an email from my order it said Healthy Living on it yet it said it was shipping from the US. I was charged 2 separate amounts on my cc as they 'updated' my order and added 12 more bottles without any consent. In the process of sorting it out, hopefully 🤞. Disgusting Scam.

Ordered 1 set of 6 bottles Optivell first time will be the last ever.

Ordered 1 set of 6 bottles Optivell, got confirmation .
But when check my bank statement, there are 2 identical amount debited from my account.
Contacted Support But I can only contacted Cartpanda? She told me that they sent 3 sets instead.
And offered 35% off, I refused and want a refund. Now she wants me to agree to their policy that I am responsible to send the product back and pay for all freight charges. Only when she received the product, then a refund will process. I told her I didn’t stuff up the order, double or triple it, I won’t agree to their return policy. Now she not responding.

This company is horrific to deal with

This company is horrific to deal with. They billed my insurance for diabetes supplies when they haven’t shipped any for an entire year. I have tried for a year to resolve this with them and cannot get a native English speaker. At first they said they did ship supplies, now they have changed their story and said these charges are for a rent to own device. I have no such device. It appears they are submitting fraudulent claims to my insurance for diabetes supplies. They also billed without permission my credit card they had on file and I had to file a fraudulent billing claim and get that card cancelled and charges reversed.
It is impossible to resolve any billing issues because I get the same canned response from every single representative I have spoken to.
This is the only diabetes supply company that is approved by my insurance and at this point I would be better to go to a tier 2 supplier and pay a higher deductible.

Subscription is fake. They don’t exist.

I looked into one of their programs, and now they won’t stop harassing me. They call me constantly and they don’t leave messages and they email me constantly even after I unsubscribe on a regular basis if it’s not a scam, it’s a company that’s terrible and customer service doesn’t exist. I reportedthem to the Department of better Business but it’s just another government agency that does nothing. Don’t subscribe to this and don’t call them and don’t give them your number. They’ll never leave you alone.

My daughter is a patient aging out of children's hospital with type 1 diabetes and has been a patient and customer of healthy living med supplies since she was 10 and about 3 years ago she began using dexcom 6 wich has made her life a lot easier but receiving her dexcom supplies has constantly been a struggle with healthy living it was always days late causing her to go without sent to wrong addressees and prolonged shipments the customer care team was always rude n always with an excuse now she's aged out of children's and is going to a new Dr for her first visit feb7th and children's hospital said they will continue to support her prescriptions and services and needs but healthy living cannot just send her dexcom.for whatever reason they have provided a hundred different excuses that are not supported im.beyond disssapointed in their services I would definestly not count non them.for any diabetic supplies needed and I will go above n beyond to inform everyone so their kids and loved ones don't go thru this

Adapt Health ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!

If I could give Adapt Health 0 stars I would! Ever since Healthy Living Medical Supplies were acquired by Adapt Health, I have had nothing but problems. My son has been without his diabetic supplies for over 2 months now. They keep saying they can't verify insurance, or that they need the doctor's prior authorization etc (which I have provided EVERY SINGLE time I have called them) and still nothing gets accomplished. I am trying to find another supplier at this point. No matter how many times I call them I also keep getting the same woman on the phone who changes her name EVERY SINGLE TIME I speak with her (like I can't remember what she sounded like? Really?). I have even had the insurance company step in to see what the issue is, and they keep getting the runaround. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!

Absolutely horrible medical supplier

Absolutely horrible medical supplier. For three months we have been trying to get my daughters diabetic supplies. We have double insurance and verified both insurance covers 100 percent. They keep saying they are shipping it and do not. Absolute horrible customer service.

If I could give them a negative rating…

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Absolutely terrible customer service - "forgot" to bill our insurance company and expected us to pay their portion. The only thing they specialize in is lost promises and putting us on hold for time we will never get back. If you are able to get your CGM systems from another provider, I highly recommend you do so.

Thank God I’m Out This Company

I am pleased to say my endocrinologist surely got me out of furthering my diabetic supplies from this piece of crap Medical Supply Company Healthy Living. The sad thing is I only began using them in September 2022, after the first shipment, everything there after was a complete nightmare. They refuse to follow Medicare guidelines, had to continue arguing with those morons about when were supposed to get our supplies and failed to reach out 7-10 prior to check your supply status. Who in this world communicates through text messages? January 2023-July 2023 I can’t tell you how many times I was out of supplies and the first to get that $153 per 90 days rather quickly and still no shipments. Now that I’m out, the company I’m now with is just amazing, Home Care Delivered thus far great. They deliver all your supplies every month on time way in advance. They will call you to schedule delivery and make sure the date is good and will not run out. They even bill you instead of harnessing you for payment and will not ship order until it’s paid. Not Home Care Delivered, they bill your 30 day Medicare co pay to you every month or you can pay in advance if you choose to. Customer service is also great and never wait long to speak with anyone, The 4-5 hours or longer to speak to a representative at Healthy Living I no longer have this issue, I warned them many times they were gonna lose a lot of customers. Anyone looking for a more reliable and great service, give Home Care Delivered a call, they do all the work for you, fax paperwork to your doctor and insurance company.

This company is total crap the worst diabetic supply company I have ever seen my friend gets supplies from them and is ALWAYS having problems he orders his supply they tell him thy will be at the door on a certon date that is always the date he is to change out his infushan set and is wating on that order to show up so he can do a site change only to fined the order never showed so now he's stuck with no way to get his pump changed out and no way to get insulin every time he calls thy say he needs prier auth thy wate till the delivery day to do any of this and EVERY SINGAL TIME thy do this he end up back in the hospital in the I.C.U. clinging to life this company really needs to get ther head out of there ass and get thes ppl ther med supplies in a timely matter he goes threw this every month he is now saying he's done he's not going to evion bother with the insaliun any more. Is this what this company is trying to do get ppl so aggravated and frustrated thy just give up and die? If so you are doing great at that. GET YOUR $#1! TOGETHER AND FITE FOR THES PPL
