Total Scam!!! This company is awful. I have ordered two items over 2 months ago, they sent me a cheap item that I didn't order and as of yet havent issued me a refund or sent the correct products. They could have simply issued me a refund but just keep giving me the runaround.

Terrible company had to wait ages for delivery , got the postage charges wrong when item finally arrive the wring instructions where in the box , had to send back.

A few days after confirmation of order I contacted them to be told they had lost order ( although payment was made a few days earlier). The delivery was nearly 3 weeks after payment

Why is there not a 0 star rating for this company. Eight weeks since order placed, 2 weeks since last delivery date, still no sign or my order. Excuses are that an order for £10 including postage was coming from Gibraltar or USA. Pathetic and untrustworthy. I asked for a refund but have doubts that I will get anything.Try you local pharmacy for health products, at least you shouldn’t get ripped off there.

This company sent regulary scheduled supplies to a former address that was no longer valid for over 6 months. Reason? we copied an old order and did not check address on account. Solution: we'll mail out a new supply immediately. Result: They forgot. A week later I was waiting for supplies. When they finally got an order out, it was incorrect. Reason: well, the inventory number was one digit off and "mistakes hapen". Poorest standard of care I have ever seen. DON"T WALK. RUN TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER. Can't trust this company.

Don't trust these crooks. I returned product for refund within 2 days of receiving it. using the RMA they provided. I have tried to get a refund for 6 months and have not had a refund. Every time I call they come up with a different excuse. The small "free" sample ($13.20) was worthless and the automatic shipment (same size) Was charged to my credit card ($178.34).Please don't deal with this firm.

One star is to much for these people, conned out of £180 for stuff I didnt want, common crooks

Appalling co. Don't buy from them. Can't get customer services, standard resPonse "more than 5 waiting". Order line won't help - spoke Lea today - useless! Still waiting over a month for delivery of a simple order (not masks). I wish I could give them NO STAR.

Incompetent staff. Originally tried it cancel my order I was sent a link that didn’t work that was supposed to show me my order had already processed. Never received item. Working with card to dispute charges. Save your money and time folks

I was surprised to read so many bad reviews of Healthy Living. I ordered during lockdown from their brochure in a Saturday Daily Express. I expected to have to wait for my order due to a large number of orders. One of my items was not in stock. I was informed of this and was sent a cheque as a reimbursement. The goods arrived the next day. So thank you Rachel at Customer Services. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with you all. I was very happy to receive goods of high quality.

Do not waste your time. Order placed early May and tried to cancel but the company said it had already processed and shipped. Now the tracking information says the package has been in California since May 19th.

Deceitful company. Do not order from them.
They lied about sending out my order and never provided a tracking number.
I am attempting to get the support of my credit card company to reject the charge for which I never received the product I ordered.

I got suckered into dealing with this company when I ordered their CBD oil and capsules by just paying the shipping cost. Little did I know that came with a “membership” where I was charged $89.91 and $88.43 for items I never received. To my advantage my bank would not honor those charges because they were unusual to my normal spending habits. When the bank contacted me about the fraudulent charges I called Healthy Living and was told I did not have a membership. So why was I charged for items never sent? When the charges were submitted to the bank about 2 weeks later in the middle of the night they were rejected and the bank notified me. Be careful of this company offering “free” items for just shipping and handling charges. That sometimes comes with something you didn’t sign up for.

Ordered goods on the 6/12, waited, and no update on delivery. Chased (11/12) and got reply (13/12) that an item was out of stock and now in stock and would be given to Hermes w/c 16/12. Told that Hermes can take upto 7 to 14 days to deliver. Really? Requested tracking reference on the 17/12, and got a reply 19/12.

Put tracking reference into Hermes' system (19/12), and got:

"We’re expecting your parcel.
We’re waiting to receive your parcel from the sender."

I doubt I will be using the company again. Although, at least I got a reply, hence two stars and not one.

Ordered a few things for Christmas at the beginning (3rd) of December. Website says wait 14 days before contacting them if you haven’t received goods. So I did, and they said they had been waiting for 1 item, but it won’t be back in stock again, so they have sent order for picking. I wasn’t kept in the loop at all, and had zero correspondence re order, although plenty of marketing material! I asked if it would be delivered before Xmas, they said possibly! When I said I wanted it before Xmas, and it was obviously their fault it had been delayed, they never offered any expedited delivery. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told I couldn’t as it was in picking. When I asked to talk to manager, I was told they were busy, and that I could get them to ring me back, but it could be up to 72hours. It ought to be renames Non Customer Service.

Very slow to deliver and no tracking. Very low quality items.

I found the prices to be really good and cheaper than others, the products arrived very promptly and really well packaged. The service I received was just incredible really. 100% recommend!
