Firstly I was highly impressed with the service delivery was less than 48HRS other suppliers can be 3 weeks..... The product is also very good and is tasty and great quality although could maybe do with a few more flavors as I like to add berries, peanut butter, bananas etc.... to mine.

Really happy with the healthy man shakes so far.
I have been replacing one meal a day with the shakes and after only 2 weeks I lost about 5 kilos. This was my only dietary or physical change, no extra exercise or diets. Also the taste and texture are amazing, I feel like I just get to have a delicious milkshake instead of a meal. Win win.

Family of 5 here, so for me it’s one less lunchtime meal I have to think about for my husband! And he gets all the added nutrients. #winning

The Healthy Man meal replacement shake is awesome. Tasty, low on calories and helped me lose kilo’s. Highly recommended.

Since starting on the shakes and super greens I’ve lost 8kgs , love the taste and very filling highly recommend healthy man!

Love the chocolate flavour, blends really nicely into a smoothie and tastes great, also is a great sized container, fits into my gym bag for a post workout refuel

Very tasty, I have been enjoying both flavours, keeps me full and not snacking in between meals. so far I have lost 5 kilos in the last 4 weeks having 1 to 2 a day, the extra energy I have is a bonus, I would recommend 100%.

The Super Greens give an awesome kick of energy, great after a late night and having to be up early with the kids, they give me that boost to keep going during the arvo.

I lost 12 kg in 10 weeks.
I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and how it kept me full.

It is ok of a product, I find it a bit to sweet . So I only use water to mix it. And not as much as you say to use. So I have it a bit thicker. It's to runny anthor wise.

I really enjoy the chocolate flavoured Healthy Man Shake. Its a perfect breakfast or snack for me. Its filling enough without being to heavy in my stomach for while I'm working. The flavour is enjoyable without being super sweet.

I love it, the vanilla tastes great and the benefits with the healthy man greens are astonishing, I feel great, don’t need so much rest to get back on my feet after doing physically demanding work and I look forward to trying the chocolate next, (and I’m not one for chocolate usually)
