Great tasting with real results!
Running a company, spending way too long in traffic to and from the office, constant lockdowns here in Melbourne and being a father of 3 doesn't always leave a lot of time to look after my health and fitness properly.
That's why I'm so grateful I found The Healthy Man meal replacement shakes. Easy to prepare, full of vitamins and nutrients and great tasting; I still can't decide if I like vanilla or chocolate better. I've been having one or two shakes a day for the past four weeks and have lost almost 5kg. I am impressed.

Hi Nicholas, I'm sorry to see this, it definitely shouldn't take 3 weeks as your orders ship from Sydney, and we'd expect this to take about 7 days max. I've taken a look at the Aus Post tracking and can see the delay. I'll raise this with our warehouse and see what we can do to get your parcel in your hands asap.

The Healthy Man shakes are really helping me to hit my goals, quick and easy to make a shake on the run to keep the craving’s at bay. Using the meal plan loosely and recipes supplied to meal prep a few days in a row, nice meals and not to complicated.
Give it a go, you we be surprised on what you can achieve.

I am delighted to report that this shake actually tastes the bomb! No grit, no aftertaste, no side effects. I have in a shaker with milk and it has made breakfast and lunch time at work much easier. Plus it is really filling and I have stopped the snacking and after 10 weeks I am 12kg down. Highly recommend
