There was an issue with the connector on the receiver wire. There was a lack of clarity in the type of connector when I ordered it and they refused to allow a return and I got no refund.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Very helpful staff who took extra care with this purchase and follow up phone calls. The device is sadly not loud enough for someone with profound hearing loss (less than 2%) but we haven’t given up and are exploring different combinations of hearing aids to enhance the connection with tv adapter.

Good experience
Although the items were not in stock when ordering, I was told, via the web chat line, that the items would be in stock within one to two weeks. The first item arrived a few days later, and the second, the following week. Well packaged.

Bought these batteries as Specsavers…
Bought these batteries as Specsavers did not have any in stocks, batteries were as described and delivered on time, but I have only left a four star review because the shelf life of the batteries is December 2022, so may not be able to use them all by then, shelf life of the specsavers batteries is January 2025

The Sound Pillow arrived promptly but I…
The Sound Pillow arrived promptly but I have had to follow up with the company itself (who have been super helpful) as I had not realised that the pillow would not work with an iphone or ipad. In addition I do have an old ipod, which could play music on and hear on the pillow, but I was unable to download the sounds needed for tinnitus as the apps weren’t compatible. It would have been helpful if the instructions for use were more clear as I am now having to buy an additional item elsewhere to get this to work for my tinnitus.

Excellent Aftersales Customer Service
As I was new to my replacement hearing aids, I ordered the wrong items. I went to their site and went through, what I thought was, the ChatBot. Wrong, there was a person on the other end. After a short discussion, and a little walkthrough to identify the correct items. They then offered to send me the correct items with a return jiffy bag, free of charge, to return the incorrect items.
Now that's what I call excellent after sales and customer service.
