There was an issue with the connector on the receiver wire. There was a lack of clarity in the type of connector when I ordered it and they refused to allow a return and I got no refund.

Wrong product and poor communications.
Beware you are ordering the correct product. Their website is inadequate in telling you which domes are compatible with which hearing aids. I bought product believing it to be correct but found it incompatible. Unfortunately this was not apparent without first opening the packaging, and a refund was denied.
Very poor communications. Chat works but emails are ignored and the phone would not connect. Emails claimed to have been sent to me never arrived, and yes I have check all spam and junk folders!
Looking for a more reliable supplier now!

Hi Brian. We do our best to feature as many of the compatible products on all of our product descriptions. However if your aid is not stated we do recommend getting in touch with your audiologist if you’re unsure which dome to choose. We do also state "Please note due to hygiene purposes domes are non-returnable once opened.". I am sorry on this occasion you ordered the incorrect domes. We are very happy to try and identify the correct domes for our customers where possible.

Brilliant company
What a brilliant company to deal with, fast and efficient service, I ordered the wrong power ear domes and because I did not open them I could return them. I rang this time and spoke with Joanne, she helped me in getting the correct ones. Will definitely use them again and certainly pass on their details on.
