Excellent service received for a microsuction procedure on both ears. The audiologist was very friendly and reassuring and made sure he did a thorough job, even booking me for a follow-up check at no extra charge.

Superb service.
I had been having strange sensations in my ears and came to The Hearing Centre yesterday morning.
Ben managed to see me straight away and did a very thorough examination from which he concluded that I have a middle ear infection.
I saw my doctor yesterday afternoon and he agreed with Ben's findings and has put me on a course of Amoxycillin to clear the problem.
I am very grateful for the superb service I received and highly recommend The Hearing Centre.

Quick and easy microsuction
I visited The Hearing Centre at Market Harborough with deafness as a result of impacted wax caused by inserting my hearing aids into the ear canal. Microsuction by Ben was quick, easy and my hearing was soon restored to (my) normal.
I was impressed by his sympathetic attitude, friendliness and professionalism. Everything was clearly explained and it was helpful to see the live images on-screen before and after to see what was done. Highly recommended.
The centre is just a short walk from The Commons cark park which makes it handy.

Excellent service. I had no difficulty getting appointments. The receptionist was very welcoming and Ben was the support of person who makes you feel comfortably straight away, is clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable and took time to explain the results of my ear test. I was impressed with the high quality of service that I recently received at The Hearing Centre in Market Harborough. The staff were friendly and efficient, the tests I'd attended for (otoscopy, tympanogram and audiometery) were clearly explained to me, and my questions were answered thoroughly. Highly recommended.
