Rahim is SO patient and makes you feel cared for. I know that if I ask a question he'll answer it in a way that I'll understand and wont feel silly for asking.

It a great environment, with a well set out studio great location , Rahim makes you feel very welcome and delivers a professional service… will definitely be using again and again .. great service , advice and great price i recommend using this to all who need anything to do with hearing !!

I visited Rahim after I was told I needed ear wax removal by my doctor, I found his website and made an appointment.
He called me to say he could see me that day.
He was friendly, polite,professional and a genius when it came to sorting all my problems out with my ears.

My ear clean at hearing health hub was fantastic! Rahim was really informative and made sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. My hearing has improved significantly since, as well as having alleviated discomfort.

Needed my ears cleaned as they were blocked and I'd noticed a problem with my hearing. I'd used another provider before but, as Hearing Health Hub were local, I thought I'd give them a try. Booking an appointment on their website was both quick and easy. Rahim's operation was extremely professional and welcoming. He took before and after images of both ears that I could see on his screen, and the horrible wax was cleaned out completely in a few minutes, using his up to date air suction system. And on top of all this, the price of £50 for both ears was very competitive. Overall, highly recommended!

I had two visits to Hearing Hub. The first was for ear wax removal and the second was to adjust my hearing aids to the results of a new audiogram which the supplier of the hearing aids would only do for a substantial fee. I was impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the service. I will be happy to return to Hearing Hub when the need arises.

I took my elderly mother along for a hearing check and subsequently she purchased and had hearing aids fitted.
Rahim was very patient and caring with my mum. He took time to explain everything well to us and she is very happy with her hearing aids and being able to hear well again!

I first consulted Rahim for my hearing a couple of years ago. He was excellent. Did the tests, made recommendations (no pressure). He was professional yet caring and kind.

A year so ago, I had technical issues with my aid and again saw me at short notice and resolved my issues.

More recently I had moved away from Milton Keynes and I contacted him. He was great. He arranged to resolve my issue remotely over the phone and technology. Saved me two hour return trip to Milton Keynes. Very professional and thorough. Kind and went the extra mile. Excellent service. Thank you

I had been suffering from a build up of ear wax which he sorted out efficiently, competently and successful restored me to full hearing. I saw Rahim as I had been suffering with both ears blocked with wax and could hear virtually nothing out of one of them. The booking on line was super easy and Rahim was very calming and relaxed. He showed me my blocked ears on his computer and managed to clear both ears with microsuction and water. The procedure was painless. He then showed me my cleared ear canals on the screen. So pleased that I can hear so much better now. Thank you Rahim.

Rahim was kind, professional and efficient. He explained all he was doing to my son who is delighted about how much better he can hear after removal of ear wax.
