Easy to book online and easy to find. Welcomed by the owners pooch Millie, Rahim was friendly and his premises were welcoming and clean. Upon checking my ears I was advised I didn’t in fact need any wax removal that day. That was very kind to notify me of that and consequently I wasn’t charged for the appointment. Appreciate the honesty and when I do require wax removal, I’ll head back here.

It is such a lovely place and peaceful made the whole process easy and quick.

I went to the Hearing Hub to be fitted with hearing aids and had a positive experience with Rahim. I was fitted with the Phonak i90 Sphere aids, which are Phonak’s latest model, and after some initial fine-tuning they’ve been excellent and have made a real difference in day-to-day life and when working in busy, noisy hospital environments.
The aftercare has also been very good, including any further adjustments after the initial fitting. I did need to go back a few times (which is very normal) and each time Rahim was really helpful and happy to assist. It’s also been very easy to make appointments and I’ve been able to be seen at short notice when needed.

Yeah, I can hear again! I secured a next day appointment so swiftly via Hearing Health Hub’s online booking form, and being in and out within 10 minutes was an added bonus. The procedure, regardless of my stubborn wax, was pretty straightforward and painless too. Highly recommend!

The appointment ran on time. The process of ear wax removal was explained. This was a suction process and was very rapid and totally pain free. Wax was removed from both ears and before and after pictures inside the ears were provided on screen. An excellent result! Very good service in a pleasant location.
