I was very impressed with the speed in which I was able to get an appointment. Rahim was very reassuring and knowledgeable. I felt confident in Rahim’s hands he explained exactly what he was going to do and carried out the procedure successfully. I very much hope that the treatment will solve my balance and dizziness problems.

It was very helpful. I visited a few weeks back because my ear was in pain. I was helped and my issue was diagnosed as an ear infection where I was given instructions on what to do next.

Rahim was brilliant and very cool. My first time there and thanks to his help amd advice, I can hear much better now 😃 he explained what the plan was to do and showed me on the screen whilst checking my ears. Weirdly fascinating. Simple to book online, to select a day and time. Very pleased 👍

I visited Hearing Health Hub today as I began to lose some hearing both my ears. I have previously received the excellent treatment from Rahim Mitha at the hub and had absolutely no hesitation to immediately go back.
Rahim is not only fantastic with his profession 100% , he really is a great friendly person.
His practice is easy to find and easy for parking. The practice it’s self is stunning. A modern, very smart building with a beautiful peaceful outlook on to a paddock/fields. So tranquil and peaceful. The very opposite of similar facilities in built up areas.
My appointment:
Called on Tuesday afternoon and booked in within 48hours.
Rahim checked both my ears and I could see on a screen how badly blocked they were. My fault for not having my ears checked annually, that I certainly will be doing in future.
Within the space of 10-15mins both my ears were perfectly clear. A completely painless and comfortable procedure was done. Followed with an inspection of my ears , the screen showing how clean my ears are after the procedure.
Absolutely brilliant.
I would highly recommend Rahim to anyone looking for an expert to look at their ears. In fact I recommended Rahim to my mother previously and again he was absolutely amazing for her, he made Mum special hearing aids that are life changing for her and looks after her each year.

Rahim was completely professional throughout my appointment. I went in thinking I had a blockage, or a large amount of earwax in my ears as I've been light-headed and dizzy for a few weeks and couldn't hear properly sometimes, but he looked, and they were crystal clear. He immediately pointed out it could be my sinuses; no sighs, no funny looks, just professionalism. I'm glad too because I felt like an idiot after, then I left feeling relieved. Thank you for helping me, even if it was a short visit.

Great experience today with Rahim! I needed some ear impressions done for in-ear monitors. He talked me through everything so I knew what to expect and the session was quick and painless! I’d highly recommend Rahim

My ear wax was removed professionally and the Audiologist was very good. I would highly recommend this location and would use him again.

Turned up on the off chance to make appointment and was led to the clinic and seen straight away. Totally didn't expect this service but was delighted. 20 Mins later walked out with perfect hearing. Excellent service.

I took my 90 year old father to get his ears waxed. Rahim clearly explained the process as he went along, and the procedure itself was simple and effective. It was carried out in a lovely clean, comfortable and bright home clinic with state of the art equipment used. He kindly gave my father a short hearing test post wax removal due to hearing issues we told Rahim he’d been having. There was even Rahim’s four legged friend to keep me company while I waited! This was a really nice experience and I would recommend Hearing Health Hub and Rahim to all.

What a fantastic experience,Rahim was very helpful and really put me at ease. I had a blocked ear full of wax & this was safely removed. The experience was very satisfying, no pain at all and surprisingly quick. If I have problems in the future I’m definitely going back.

I’ve suffered for a few weeks since a viral infection left me with a blocked/deaf ear.
It started to become worrisome after trying to unblock it myself with ear oil.
I made an appointment online, which was extremely easy and efficient with Hearing Health Hub, local to me, and I can honestly say Rahim worked his magic and I came away with crystal-clear results in both ears.
I was slightly apprehensive and nervous about what was involved in earwax removal, but Rahim explained all and made the whole process completely comfortable along with his expertise and experience, in a very relaxed environment.
Many thanks to Rahim for his 5***** care and treatment today for my ears, I can thoroughly recommend Hearing Health Hub!

Went to Hearing Health Hub for micro suction following loss of hearing due to blocked left ear. Rahim Mitha unblocked both ears, showing me before and after visuals and the difference was amazing. After the painless procedure, which took about 10-15 minutes, my eardrums were clearly visible again and my hearing restored. An amazing experience with a clearly very skilled audiologist. Would highly recommend Rahim Mitha to anyone suffering hearing loss.

This was my first visit to The Hearing Health Hub to have earwax removed from both ears. Rahim was very calm and patient with me, particularly as I had
Stubborn impacted ear wax. I am delighted that I can now hear so clearly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

This was a very good experience I had no knowledge about microsuction and just needed to have it done to my ear being blocked. I was nervous but everything was very smooth and well explained. I could instantly hear better and my ears have been perfect since. No complications and much appreciation thank you

2nd visit to the Hearing Hub in 3 years with my stepdad to have his ears cleaned out which was painless and a comfortable experience. On this visit Rahim said he did not have full sound in the right ear and slightly less in left and needs hearing aids. He went back a week later had a small hearing test and 1 week later he had them fitted ( the down side for him he can hear me now LOL…
