I ordered a new Vaillant boiler and flue on line to be delivered on a specific day. They could not have been more helpful, telephoned me about my specific delivery and then again to say when the boiler had been dispatched, the boiler duly arrived as planned. Excellent customer service.

I received very helpful and friendly advice from Anjad and Tas, followed by a swift delivery; excellent all round.

Honestly cant rate this company highly enough, their pricing are brilliant, customer service excellent and next day delivery on time too. well packaged. I am that pleased with the service that I have bought from them more than once and will continue to use them for as long as the the pricing and service remain.

Don't normally do reviews but feel I need to share my positive business with Heatcodirect.
I'm in the trade and local suppliers could not get anywhere the price of Heatcodirect so that meant I got the job!
Ordering was simple, communication was excellent and delivery was within 2 days. An all round satisfactory experience.
Certainly recommend and will use again.

Fast and efficient. Ordered a Boiler Baxi duotec 40HE, delivered within 2 days. They called me to confirm delivery, they called me again after delivery to check i was satisfied.

I havnt installed the boiler yet, im sure it will all work.

Buying an expensive boiler from this company proved to be the best thing I did.
The quality of the service I received was second to none. Every happened in terms of delivery as per my initial understanding. The packaging of the boiler was robust and solid throughout and to keep it upright throughout the journey it had been attached to a sturdy pallet section. On checking the contents the boiler was completely unblemished. The company even advised me about products I needed to purchase from elsewhere. Would not hesitate to use this company again !

A straightforward purchase with no problems. Delivery arranged on a convenient day, the only thing that could have been improved would be to give an approximate time of delivery, to save waiting in all day.

Phoned and ordered Baxi Boiler, flue, mag filter and thermostat for delivery to North Lanarkshire. Gentlemen I dealt with was knowledgable and helpful. He phoned later to confirm order being despatched and that it should arrive next day. He called again following morning to apologise and to advise issue with courier company and that it would be an additional day to deliver. Not his nor Heatco at fault. When it arrived it was well wrapped and secured to pallet. Again many thanks for the fantastic service from HEATCODIRECT.

Cheapest price I could find online for the boiler.From the first contact I made the transaction was stress free. Ordered boiler on Wed,recieved tel call on thurs to confirm delivery was Friday. Boiler arrived on time and in less than 45minutes they rang me to see if everything was satisfactory and if there was anything after opening the package to contact them, they could not have been more helpful.I will be recommending them to anybody that I know who wants to purchase a boiler.Thanks to everybody for the Exellent Service.
