Purchased a large flat panel double radiator followed a few weeks later by another but smaller similar item. On each occasion, I phoned prior to order placement to confirm availability and received excellent, genuinely helpful assistance. Each panel arrived via courier who called shortly before delivery. The first time, the delivery driver didn't want to risk getting his vehicle stuck in the (narrow) entryway to the delivery address and appeared pushing a manual fork-lift truck - because it took two of us to carry the radiator and its protective packaging including wooden pallet. On the second occasion, the same driver carried in the item on his back!

Both radiators arrived in excellent condition and were installed without any difficulty.

I'd bought the first in spite of a nagging doubt as to how heatco could supply a brand new, non-graded item at a price so much below anything else I could find on the internet. I had no doubts at all about the second item.

I ordered a new boiler from the website. It was VERY easy to do as all accessories were listed and available to select at the bottom of the page. I then received a call arranging delivery for when I wanted it. Genuinely can't fault the experience and professionalism of the company. Finally, excellent value!
