Amazing engineer
My boiler was absolutely a stress until I rang heat connect and they got my boiler sorted.
Every penny paying towards the labour cost was worth.

Im Glad they installed my new boiler at the good price, comparatively to others.
Few free services was also included in my package.

This engineer attended to resolve a C7 error code which is a fan issue, He claimed he spent 2 hours to repair, claimed he did a chemical cleaning, but was away from the property for over an hour, apparently to go buy the chemical product.

The boiler broke down less than 24 hrs after he claimed to have repaired it. The same error code appeared on the display. I had to get a Borsch engineer in again who was able to change the fan and the boiler started working perfectly ok.

Our experience with this company spanned several months and involved repeated failures, misdiagnosis, safety concerns, and unacceptable behaviour.

We initially called them due to a lack of hot water in the shower. The engineer almost immediately concluded that the boiler needed replacing. While the boiler was old, this diagnosis was later proven incorrect.

Following the boiler installation, the house was left dirty, with substantial debris left behind. The old boiler was partially removed, but components with no scrap value were left on site.

Critically, the original problem persisted — still no hot water in the shower. Only later was it acknowledged that the issue was a faulty thermostatic shower valve, not the boiler. This should have been identified before recommending a full replacement.

During the installation, the water mains were damaged. We were informed after completion and told to resolve the issue with the water company ourselves.

Several weeks later, our carbon monoxide alarm activated. The fire brigade attended, shut off the gas supply, and instructed us to contact the installer urgently. The company returned and assured us there was no issue.

Further problems followed: the system required frequent pressure top-ups and heating performance was inconsistent. When we raised this, the engineer was dismissive and arrogant, carried out only a cursory inspection, blamed a supposed leak that did not previously exist, demanded payment for the visit, and behaved in an aggressive and patronising manner towards my wife.

When we contacted head office, we were told they had little control over their contractors and offered minimal support until pressed.

We eventually called British Gas. Their engineer identified the problem within minutes — a valve had not been fully opened during the original installation.

This was not a single mistake but a pattern of poor diagnosis, inadequate workmanship, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct. Based on our experience, I would urge anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution and to obtain independent advice before agreeing to major works.

Fantastic engineer repaired my boiler and included a service, great staff dealth with me efficiently with excellent communication and had an engineer with me within 4 hours

I was looking for a new boiler and after talking to my neighbour who had used Heat connect to obtain a new boiler I decided to go online and look at what options were available.Filling in the forms was very simple and was a very easy process to follow. After completing the forms on the Sunday I was told I could have my new boiler fitted on the Tuesday. The engineer turned up at 07: 30 as he said he would and did a fantastic in fitting my new boiler and taking all the rubbish away.Would definitely recommend using this company.

The whole process is seamless! My boiler broke down on Saturday, ordered my new one on Sunday with the easiest, most informative and competitively priced process. Then I received messages at every stage leading to the fitting of it on the following Saturday. It could have been earlier if I’d wanted!! The engineers were professional , knowledgeable and carried out the work with minimal mess and time. 10/10 for Heat Connect all round. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

What a terrible service. The installers are completely incompetent ,I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I've been careful with service contracts, but this one is a total rip-off. Their engineers are clueless and rude, and the service is a complete letdown.

Terrible service from start to finish during the boiler change from conventional to combi. Mr. Atiq did the work incompetently, neglecting to update essential items that were not quote for. Messy, disorganized work by an unfriendly person. I'm convinced I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Heat Connect. I recently had a new boiler installed by them, and the entire process was a nightmare.

Came out the same day to fix the cistern leak. Didn't have the part so went out and got it.

Atiq and his team at Heat Connect are fantastic!

For exactly the same job, their quote was just under £3000 less when compared to 2 others, one being British Gas. They were communicative, timely and clean, quietly working their magic and ironing out all the issues we had with our old Victorian conversation with focus and attention to detail.

Atiq is very knowledgeable and offered us various combi boiler options, explaining each one in detail. We ended up saving a further £800 as we went for a lesser known, but just as good brand, that came with a 10 year warranty and they also offer 0% finance options and flexible ways to pay.

We have complete trust in Atiq and the team, and cannot recommend them or thank them enough. We are really happy, everything is perfect.

Their service is outstanding. The installers are fantastic, and I highly recommend them to everyone!
