Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we will always make sure you’re happy and satisfied with our services as your first time private taxi service from Heathrow to London City .., we did respond to your many emails with apologies and needed proof in writing for what you claim with regard to Mr, Karun, so decency to call you was cancelled ... it seem to have fallen out with our driver from the start go even before you meet him that led you to call the office and instructed you where to meet your driver in the arrival hall "Meet & Greet Point" and NOT In The Airport Terminal Baggage RECLAIM AREA...

We also requested your two friend to write an email as witness with regard to insulting and degrading.. That we haven't received yet?? This a serious matter we must look upon more that you can think off ..... the driver has video cam that we request for further investigation with regard to your claim...
