Placed an order for black trays on 3rd July have not received them, have tried ringing, have tried emailing, no response from either, have no idea what to do next? Maybe they’ll respond to this review???

Find a different catering company, these are shockingly bad!

Very very poor service

Ordered start of July had our delivery within a few days products were packed safely and securely and looked better than the pictures on arrival will most definitely be using again

Placed an order in late June and expected a 2-3 delivery as everything in stock. After 3 weeks we cancelled the order as nothing had arrived. We purchased the items elsewhere. Despite cancelling we have now received about half of the items in multiple deliveries. No response to telephone or email communication. Have now requested a debit card charge back through our back. So disappointing. Have used this company in the past with none of these issues.

Never received items!!! This company doesn't answer their phones and don't respond to emails!!! Avoid at all costs

Fab experience purchasing a number of glasses for our home! Great service, fast delivery, brilliant secure packaging .... 36 glasses all individually wrapped and all arrived safely!

All at the best price I could find on the market! Highly recommended :)

Needed stock for my cocktail business within the week so messaged and asked to ensure whether this was possible. Lauren was nothing but helpful and was there to answer any questions I had. Great customer service! I’ve ordered from there before and the quality is brilliant. Glasses were packaged safely as well!

Ordered a table and bench, the first order was refunded with no communication. I tried to get in contact but no answer/reply.
Ordered again and it turned up a few weeks later with no dispatch notice. The table and bench is lovely, however the metal was marked in quite a few places. I rang and emailed with pictures but had absolutely no response. Very annoying. The table is wood and it came with no aftercare instructions. I have asked them for advice on how to look after it, whether to regularly oil it. Again no response. Very disappointing.

Excellent communication and very fast delivery.

I have placed an order and have yet to receive it. I know times are different at the moment, but I have emailed them and have yet to receive a reply.

I have ordered several frying pans from Heaton they are amazing quality and would recommend them highly for quality and value.

We ordered items and after a couple of weeks received half the order. No explanation. I then phoned and got an automated reply saying to E mail them which I did. I did this on 4 occasions over a period of 6 weeks, they never replied. Eventually I wrote to Heaton Catering and told them I would be taking legal action if they did not refund or supply my missing items. I received a refund, again no explanation. Their total disregard for their customers is disgraceful and, although fairly local to us, we will never us them again.

Placed an order over a week ago, not been delivered. No updates, no one answering phones and no one answering emails. Have started payment recovery procedures with the bank to get my money back and on top of that have lost the job with my customer that the equipment was purchased for.
Disgraceful service all round.

Not brilliant.
Things I ordered months ago still not arrived despite numerous attempts at contact to them. 1 item very incorrectly priced on website & price not honoured. I had to keep requesting that they actually send out my orders, although website states under a week for delivery. Im just not satisfied & Im still waiting for parts of my orders. Worth noting that the products themselves have been fine, this review is for just the vendor.

Everything everyone is saying on here is so true. I can’t believe they asked me to review for an order which I have still not received! 2-5 days my ar53!! Been a couple of months and still waiting for the final bit of my order. I complain and another item arrives. What a strange way to do business. No updates ever!

Ordered 3 trays, 2 was delivered. Been trying to contact them for months now. Ignoring my emails and phone number no longer in use.btried another line. Just ringing.
Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.

Poor service order not fulfilled. Rang customer service several times and no one answering the phones. Still to date no response from customer service via email. From end to end a complete shambles.
