The Fernox F1 is great
The Fernox F1 is great; I have used it before. However the courier company leaves a lot to be desired.
I recieved notification that the product was to be delivered last thursday 19th May. I then organised the replacement of my old boiler with a new one for Saturday 21st May. The F1 didn't arrive on thw 19th and I recieved a late message from CourierPls that it would be delivered the next business day (friday????). It didn' arrive then either.
The new boiler was installed and commissioned without the F1 inhibitor on Saturday.
I observed a CourierPls van pasting my place yesterday but it didn't stop. The package finally arrived 2pm today (24 May). They are obviously disorganised and caused extra work as I had to drain off some of the system and add the F1 myself. The system went 3 days without the inhibitor.
I think you need to consider the suitablity of your current courier.

I ordered the thermostat I looked for since some time at Heatrite. They had exactly the model I needed and it was easy to order online. Next business day I got an email that the product is ready to pick up or alternatively Heatrite could post it to me. I went there in person, and the team at Heatrite is very friendly and helpful. I would always go back to Heatrite, if I needed some spare part or service for my heating.

My hydronic heated towel rail arrived OK, but our plumber saw the photo and asked if they could possibly supply a different connection (to a copper pipe, not a poly pipe). I left 1 voice mail message and sent 2 emails regarding this. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now. Just would have liked a reply, even if saying no, they can't help. Very frustrating as we are still waiting to get this installed.

I will try my best to give an the most accurate description of heatrite. I will start with the positives. The heatrite website is very well designed and easy to navigate to find the right products, I found the radiator panel I was after very easily, the checkout process was simple. Heatrite products are competitively priced.
My issue is heatrite customer service is non existent. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. The heater I purchased had some damage on it from delivery.
