Had a great experience with Heatrite. The customer service was exceptional and the girl on the phone, who's name escapes me I'm sorry, was so so helpful. We needed our under tile heating ASAP and she made it happen. We paid over the phone, did a click and collect and our builder was able to install the following morning. This was seamless from my first point of contact to the end.
