Very happy with the service I received. I needed a new boiler and there were issues with the flue going out through the roof. Heatsafe provided a great service, very courteous and explained the situation well. Installation went smoothly and I asked for a couple more jobs to be done. Would recommend.

Arranged a sameday visit, fast and competitive quotes. Scheduled work took place quickly over the weekend. The team were highly professional, and work done on time and clean up after was spotless.

Just had an old system boiler replaced with a new combi boiler by Dougie and team. The work was completed to a really high standard within a day and a half. They are a very reliable, tidy and friendly team and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Fabulous service from start to finish.

Dougie was fantastic upon my first phone call. I was getting myself uptight and nervous about something and he arranged to come the day after. He came at a great time and carried out my job I asked for and even tested my other gas appliances, put me right at ease and was a fair price.

I had my heating system upgraded in June. The work was completed without any disruption. The workforce was competent and mannered. I was given full instruction on the operation of my new boiler and controls after installation. First class service allround.

Great service from this company - they’ve serviced our boiler a few times and we’re prompt, helpful and friendly each time. We then asked them to replace the boiler, they gave us prompt quotes, came round when they said they would, did the whole job in a day, cleaned up after themselves and left us with a great new boiler. Will definitely use this company again.

Heatsafe visited today to fit a new central heating boiler. They visited my house Monday am, got a very reasonable quote to me by Monday afternoon and arrived 9am Wednesday of the same week to fit the boiler. The service was impeccable, very clean, tidy and friendly. Nothing was too much bother they even fixed a minor problem I had with my gas hob. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heatsafe. Will welcome them back annually for a service.

Having previously used Heatsafe to service our boiler i had no hesitation in using them again to shift a couple of radiators. While they were here they spotted there was a problem and spent some time searching for a leak, which they found under the floorboards. They repaired that, late on a Friday afternoon and ensured everything was perfect before they left. What a great team of guys.
