My previous boiler was needing replaced so contacted heatsafe through their website.
Their website was easy to navigate and within 24h I got a call to survey the required job.
There was no pressure sale tactics and received my quote by email.
Dougie and his team turned up to do the install on the day and time specified. All went to plan , wore PPE and put sheets down on floor etc
Cleaned area when job was complete and removed all the rubbish and old boiler.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new boiler or boiler repair 10/10

Highly recommended. Graeme and the team installed a new boiler and installed a new vertical radiator in our living room. Just a few minutes after submitting my query on their website Graeme called me and came the next day to give a quote. This was significantly cheaper than other quotes and they were able to come the following week to install the boiler. This was done in one day and eveything was all cleaned up when they finished. He sourced a cheaper radiator than the one i found online and came back the following week to change the radiators. This was done in a few hours and again everything was cleaned up before they left. Straightforward and clear about the pricing and very approachable and helpful. The whole process was faster and much easier than I'd anticipated.

We are very happy with our new boiler. Excellent customer service from first point of contact to completion of job. No hesitation in recommending Dougie, Graeme and their team.They provide a professional, friendly service and value for money.

The heating engineers showed up when they said they would and worked right through the day with a small break midday, despite me not knowing much about where to turn my water off etc it was no bother for them they got it all done without any fuss. The workmanship was spot on and they left no mess at all my place was spotless when they finished. I was given some good advice regarding my gas meter and plumbing by Graeme which really helped me out. In comparison to British Gas these guys were amazing, they just got on with the job whereas British Gas were asking me to move units etc to do the work and their price was almost double. Would highly recommend these guys not only for cost but excellent work as well. Thanks Guys!

The guys arrived exactly on time. Well organised and ready to get on with the job, They were quick, efficient and incredibly tidy. I am very, VERY happy with both the boiler and the level of service from HeatSafe.
Have recommended them to me neighbour who is thinking about a new boiler.

The guys from Heatsafe replaced all my radiators this week. Great job. Can't speak highly enough of Dougie & Mark. They arrived when they said they would, worked away all day & tidied up when they finished. There was a problem with one of the radiators (not their fault) but that was solved by Mark coming back the following morning & installing it. Will happily use this company again & won't hesitate to recommend them to friends & family.

When our boiler packed in, Dougie came out the same day to look at it. After finding out the issue and given the age of the boiler, it was going to be more cost effective to replace it. The job was booked in for 2 days later so we weren't without heating and hot water for long. We now have a modern, quiet boiler and neater pipework. No mess left behind and old boiler etc was taken away. It was so nice to come home from work to a nice warm house! Thanks Dougie and team!

Heatsafe Heating installed my new Worcester boiler today. They provided an excellent service from quotation to completion and the price was very reasonable.

time, followed all covid guidelines and did the work with no issues. Tidying up after themselves. Showed me the after care of the boiler and the paperwork. Guys were pleasant, and polite definitely recommend. Great service.

Graham and the boys did a fantastic job of supplying and fitting our new boiler. They were very professional and followed all Covid-19 guidance. All workers were very trustworthy and efficient and will definitely use them again in the future to service the boiler. We will also recommend them to family and friends, without hesitation!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience from start to finish the customer service was superb. And the instillation was carried out in a timely and professional manner. And they even managed to get a radiator that hadn't worked in my bathroom for years working again without having to remove the tiles. The guys are very polite and didn't leave any mess thank you very much.

I had heatsafe out to quote for a new boiler, on arrival Graeme was very polite and by the way he spoke i knew he was very knowledgeable about his trade, he explained the install to me and offered to tidy up the pipework that had been left previously. The next day i received a quote from Graeme which was a very competitive price and i decided to go for it as i had a good feeling about the company, well i was right. Graeme Dougie and Mark turned up exactly when they said they would, they were polite abd followed all covid guidelines that were in place, they put protective sheets down around the work area and on my hall stairs so they protected my carpet. They carried out the installation in a timely manner and to the highest of standards!! They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave any mess. I also noticed that Graeme and Dougie were detailing all aspects of the job to Mark who was the apprentice, i thought this was a nice touch as they weren’t just sending the boy for tools etc they were genuinely teaching him!! All in all i was over the moon with the price and service and i will 100% be recommending them to friends and family!!
