We purchased the Harry Potter set and from the onset the copies were sub standard. My daughter found printing errors with pages repeated, grammatical errors and just the overall quality is terrible. These are definitely not original copies and we will not be using them again. The company offered to replace the books with no guarantee that the replacement copies will be better.
“Unfortunately, my experience with Heaven Book was highly disappointing. After paying a deposit, I was told the books would be delivered within one week, yet I only received them three weeks later. I had communicated the exact delivery address from the outset, but was later told they assumed it was Marrakech rather than the suburbs.
Communication was extremely poor throughout, both on Instagram and WhatsApp, to the point that I had to contact them from another account just to receive a response. I also requested an invoice, which has still not been provided. No apology was offered at any stage.
Most disappointing of all, the quality of the books was far below expectations, especially given the price paid. The books copies are of very bad quality, and what you receive is certainly not what the ads lead you to expect. Make sure to check the books first before you pay for them. Overall, the experience reflected a clear lack of professionalism, collaboration, and customer care. I would not recommend them.”
