Terrible terrible experience. It's a restaurant a RESTAURANT but you can't order except through their shitt app! What's the point? the staff is borderline legal (you really wonder where their found them, barely speaking english, barely professionnals) and the food is expensive knowing half of it is extremely poor quality. Run away

Useless customer services and poor food, dirty branches

My wife and I were appalled by the service of the unfriendly staff at Heavenly Desserts Loughborough. That was the positive part of the visit though as the Vegan Waffle we had ordered was inedible. The store urged us to purchase our items on the app, cleverly your money will be taken no matter what is served to you. This is the first time I have been to a restaurant and cannot eat what's on the plate. When we asked a member of staff why it was sour their response was "That's just how it is". We had notified this branch via email about our poor experience, they basically told us that the staff members do not recall any of this and blamed it on something we ate previously. Extremely poor customer service.

The store was quite busy, and they didn't want to take our order at the counter, and told us we HAD TOO sit down and order on the app.
I had ordered a vegan waffle and a side of vegan ice cream. The waffle itself, was horrible, tasted completely sour and was not edible. Actually made us feel quite ill.
When spoke to staff about it they were not helpful at all, just told us "Thats just the way it is". Now this was quite annoying because I was forced to order and pay on the app, so I couldn't refuse to pay for something that I couldn't even eat.
The ice cream that came with the waffle was the smallest scoop ever, and if I hadn't ordered extra ice-cream, provided that the waffle was edible, I would have had to eat a dry waffle, with very little chocolate sauce.
I won't advise anyone to have the vegan waffle, the ice cream itself was average nothing to rave about it, but it was the only edible thing on my plate.

Definitely won't be back, apart from the food being terrible the service wasn't that great either. I wouldn't recommend it to family and friends!

Visited their branch in Baker St, London. It wasn’t busy, but service was slow… our order was taken eventually by the manager (I originally thought he was a customer because he was just sitting chatting with someone at the front). He had a poor attitude when I simply asked whether you had to pay separately for chocolate sauce (for one of the desserts). I asked because they were so highly priced alone! He was quite short with us overall which wasn’t a good start. Our desserts then sat on the counter going cold for ages, so we fetched them ourselves! When the bill came (given to us by a waitress)- I asked for the service charge to be removed (which as a consumer is my prerogative), plus I hate it when companies add this on as standard. I then had an embarrassing and awkward backwards and forwards through the waitress as she proceeded to relay my conversation to the manager, 3 tables down… yes I can hear every word! He got really funny about it and wanted to know why- he was rude and I will now never go to this place again. Here’s a tip - a service charge is for GOOD SERVICE. Train your staff and yourself in customer relations.

I went to heavenly desserts silverburn today, with my sister after an afternoon of shopping. We walked in to an empty establishment, no customers or staff on the floor . after waiting a few minutes we seeked attention, and a member of staff came out. She was not welcoming, came over and sat us at a table. We placed our shopping bags next to us, had a box which we put on the table next to us. We were looking at the menu, and a second member of staff who turned out to be the supervisor called sameer, came from the back kitchen straight to us and asked who the box belonged to in a annoyed manner. My sister apologised and said it's ours, he then took the box and threw it at me...not saying a single word, I gave him a look of confusion because the utter rudeness of this action baffled me. We then decided to leave as the level of service was appalling. I told the first member of staff we were leaving as Sameer was rude and she did apologise for his actions. He then proceeded to come over to me in an intimidating manner and I said that you were very rude, ‘u just had to hand the box over and ask me to keep it next to me.’ He gave me a cheeky response back. I asked the first member of staff for the managers name so I could complain as no one should be made to feel like this. She was in the middle of telling me and Sameer came over again standing over me, I said I do not want to speak to you can you remove yourself from my personal space. He continued to stand there again in an intimidating manner and spoke to the member of staff in a different language, he did not move, rather stood there with a smug look. The level of customer service was unacceptable. Very disappointed with heavenly as I have never experienced this in the Edinburgh branch, or any other might I add. Will not be going back.

Kara was very amazing. She was kind and patient and made sure we got everything we needed and always checked in to make sure we were okay with the orders or if we needed anything.

Had a lovely evening today. An employee named Kara was very welcoming and showed great customer service. Dessert is top notch. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I recommend.

Visited Castleford branch for friend's birthday this evening. Desserts were amazing. Food was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Great value for money. I'm Coeliac and they were extremely helpful to make sure my food was safe and my food came with a stick in saying Allergy. Waitress, Katie, was professional and friendly and made sure our experience was enjoyable. Would highly recommend and will be back soon.

Visited the shop in Silverburn Glasgow. The dessert was lovely but the service was terrible. From being ignored while customers who arrived after us being served to a long wait for a single dessert to no Diet Pepsi left to having to wait again while a waiter brought a spoon- and then the queue at the cash register because no-one brought the bill and also the queue at the front door of the shop when there were several empty tables. We couldn’t get out! There were staff around but didn’t seem to know what they were doing! Very poor business management - but the dessert was very good!

Oh my goodness! The desserts are indeed heavenly! We visited after a meal for my mum’s birthday and it was the perfect was to end the evening. It’s located just across the road from the docks at the edge of Liverpool one, which is really convenient. The service was excellent - a special mention to Ramu who was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was stunning. We had the waffle, cookie dough and cheesecake and they were amazing! Will definitely be returning! 5 stars!

Visited the branch in silverburn shopping centre. The service was very poor. I counted at least 5 members of staff doing nothing while we waited to be seated. Prices are ridiculously high for basic desserts. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. I reported the state of the toilets to the manager but she wasn't interested. No toilet roll, toilet disgusting and hand wash basin had water running down the front. The cleaning schedule was signed as complete at 5pm before I used toilet at 4:20pm. Definitely won't be back.

just tried the Canterbury branch and where do we start! I had the blueberry crumblejack which in itself was ok if not a bit small, but the biggest disappointment was the custard which was ambrosia or a similar type basic custard ! not even a quality type which i would have expected at the very least for £7.50. I also had the Heavenly Hot Chocolate which was far from Heavenly, the hot chocolate was just hot milk and barely any taste of chocolate it came with 2 small mallows and a couple of white chocolate shavings... terrible effort. Overall the competition are doing this far better with better quality product at better prices, Heavenly Deserts is just smoke and mirrors , so go if you must, but you will find out, once you get to the payment point, you'll have that feeling of someones making a load of money here for low budget product. Heavenly - you need to do better, much much better, start with your ingredients and look at your portion sizes. this is basic stuff, cafe's are making far superior hot chocolate than the weak sauce you served up. if you cant be 100% then you shouldn't be doing it at all. I just would not recommend or return

I recently went to the Bradford branch and the customer service was great. The food was nice in particular Suleiman (staff member) treat us nicely and was onnit.

We came to the silverburn branch for dessert and I must say the service was atrocious. Desserts arrived without cutlery and then once it arrived was just left on table. Once we complained to the waiter he simply stated they were short of staff and walked away, without an apology or any re-concilliation. Won't be coming back.

We have been many times to the Walthamstow branch of Heavenly Desserts and the service has always been good, prompt and polite. The young man serving was very helpful. The food was delicious.
Myself and my son were finished and the waitress came over to remove our plates, my daughter and her friend were still eating (we didn't call her over).
She took some plates, and she asked me if we wanted anything else. I replied, "No thank you". Then she asked again, I replied, "no thank you." Then she yelled aggressively, "DO YOU WANT TAP WATER!"
I was taken aback, and said, "No thank you" for the third time.
It was clear that she had lost her temper to all of us. (Nobody had mentioned anything about tap water the whole time we were there. )
Put us off going again.

I visited the Leicester branch and was disappointed, I ordered the brownie explosion which normally has plenty of choc sauce, this time had very little and so felt dry, asked for more sauce and was told I would be charged extra, left half my desert and left.

It was such an amazing experience! I went there for my birthday and the food was the best I ever had and the service was great. The waiter who served me ( I think was name was Alyan Khan or something) gave me and my family outstanding service!

heavenly dessert trip was amazing the food was fantastic I 10/10 recommend going there. The waitresses and waiters especially delcia and fajr were lovely and the shop love asking if your experience was good which it was please go!!!
