Used Deliveroo to order from the Loughborough branch, noticed it said buy one get one free on certain items, the croffle being one of them. So my husband and I placed the order to find the buy one get from free order didn’t reflect in the cost. £25.52 was the total, yes this included a service charge, and we used a voucher of £5.25 leaving a total of £20.27 so they are telling us that one dessert cost £20.27!! This is outrageous especially when I have looked back at past orders and we’ve had two desserts when not on bogof costing around £22 therefore when ordering one dessert it should not cost over £20 in theory, the buy one get one free deal is a scam/false advertising. Our order then arrived but arrived raw, fantastic.

Went to the Glasgow fort branch and they were very low on staff and therefore very slow with taking orders and serving. The order taken was also incorrect and so ended up paying for what I didn’t even order. Cookie dough was burnt and they tried to cover it with chocolate. Won’t be coming here next time I want dessert

Awesome place, everything is great, amazing treats. Had a cookie sundeae the first night, might have been the best thing Ive ever eat, service was awesome.!!!! Went back tonight, just as good. A must stop for anyone visiting London.

Amazing service and allergies were being taken care amazingly. Loved their vegan collection too.looking forward to the next visit very soon.

Visited the Glasgow fort heavenly deserts today for a takeaway order .
We waited 40 mins for a milk shake and two small deserts with chocolate dips it wasn’t even busy if not for my wife I would have went and got my money back and left .

When we finally did get our order , my wife checked the bag and was no milkshake .
The girl who brought our order over never mentioned that they had ran out I only found out because I went to the counter to ask where it was . I asked for my money back for the milkshake and got it no problem .
Once we got home we noticed the dips for the buns weren’t in the bag also .
The place is an absolute joke while the deserts did taste good they were very very small and not worth the £20 we paid . Will never step foot in a heavenly deserts again.

I cane to heavenly dessert for the first time and my experience was horrible. Firstly, I ordered the cookie jar sundae which was £9.75 and was not worth the price. There was only one scoop of ice cream and it came with packaged Oreo biscuits and the jar was filled with just frozen cookies. There was not theme if a sundae and I wasn’t sure how to eat it. Overall I spent £9.75 on absolute crap

We went to Aberdeen Heavenly Desserts for the first time. We were welcomed by Bailey who was amazing! Although my vegan sticky toffee pudding and my daughters cheesecake were delicious Bailey made our visit that extra bit special.

The manager lacks any customer service in the Blackburn branch, we ordered quite a few things and 1 item came wrong, the caramel tart was rock hard and the waiteress tried to put into the microphone but that melted the whole thing down, she was great and accepted that it was not edible, however the manager refused to take this off the bill and in the end we just could not be bothered arguing against an unreasonable and arrogant person, we will not be returned to heavenly deserts again for sure and would not recommend any1 to do so,try Haute Dolce, much better and more professional

The experience over all was great! The food absolutely delicious and I would definitely go again. The service was a little bit slow but it wasn’t awful. A special thanks to Harpreet for amazing service!

This was my first visit to Heavenly Desserts on the 22nd Dec 2023 at Silverburn Shopping Mall, Glasgow
G53 6AG This unit is right next to the exit so you can sit inside or outside near the fresh air next to the main doors. I was blown away by the lovely friendly service. A young Asian lady saw me to a table who was super cheerful and very helpful and a young Asian man took my payment about an hour or so later. The chairs were soft, padded and very comfortable (I am so glad I took time to go next door rather than sit in sharp plastic chairs of a well known take away coffee place next door) I could have spent hours going through the menu. It was mesmerising and lots of choice. I finally settled for a Sea Salt Caramel tart and English Breakfast tea. I am being picky here - the tea could have done with being stronger - maybe a Yorkshire Tea bag or PG tips rather than a tiny square on a string as it was so weak (the tea bags fault) I could hardly get any colour out of it. The tart pastry was lovely - crisp and buttery but the caramel was a little liquid (maybe too warm?) No complaints overall as the tart was sweet and wonderful with a dollop of ice cream to help it down. So watching the bustle of all the Christmas shoppers and feeling on my last legs I waited in perfect peace and serenity crunching on my lovely dessert. The bill was as expected - quite expensive but worth it for a large sized portion and hot drink. The service was just right. Really friendly, helpful and not too OTT. This happened in London Marylebone Branch.

Terrible service and behaviour from a waitress!

We visited on 27.12.2023 with groups of 2 families around 21:00. Sat upstairs. Then, we ordered 2 plates of desserts and coffees. We requested to have coffees right away and were fine for waiting for the desserts because it would take min. 20-30 min.

Worth to read!!

1. @21.10-Waitress said she can’t bring the coffee right away because it was also taking same time to prepare them as desserts. Where on earth is it taking to prepare 5 cups of Americano coffee for haf an hour!!
2. @ 21.20-There was nothing on the table and the waitress came along with knives and forks(with dirty water stains on all of them on a tray) saying that they are all polished. I refused and asked her to bring tissues first then clean cutleries.
3. @ 21.30-The waitress then brought bunch of tissues and literally threw them in the middle of the table. Still waiting for the desserts. Not for 20 of them, only for 2.
4. @ 21.30-Half an hour “perfectly made” coffees were brought by the waitress and given to myself to distribute all over the table. I guess the waitress was tired!! Still no desserts were served.
5. @ 21.40-. Everyone of us were being impatient because the table behind us (group of 8 peope) came after we did and had their desserts at 21.30. Still no desserts were served.
6. @ 21.50- The waitress again came upstairs with no desserts and I decided to go down downstairs to talk with the manager.
7. @21.55- I was told that the desserts we ordered
were already served. Because the “professional” waitress took our desserts to the table behind us and left there.
8. @22.00- The waitress brought the receipt(including the desserts not served were charged) basically meaning us to pay because the cafe was about to be closed. Still no dessert were served.

It was a perfect night until we had this terrible service as well as waiting for 1 hour to have desserts. No desserts been served but charged on the receipt.

At the end, decided to leave, not paying for the desserts, the waitresses were blaming each other to serve the desserts to the wrong table.

Highly NOT recommended at all!

Teach your waitresses how to take care of customers at least for 1 HOUR if it is enough.

Went with 4 friends, Glasgow branch, on a wet Sunday afternoon. The place was spotless, lovely decor. Food was amazing, although my friend was not impressed with her crepe which she said was chewy. No decaffeinated coffee so I settled for herbal tea. Bill came to just over £80. Expensive for what it is but worth a once-in-a-while treat.

I come here often on my own for coffee and sides otherwise with family and friends for a treat evening. This particular branch has super friendly and attentive staff which adds great vibes to its already clean and pretty aesthetics.
Food and drink are always presented professionally and the quality is always as good as the last .I have also been using their teas at home which I discovered at a up north branch a few years ago.

Very bad experience will never go with friends and family.
Me and my friends 3 families went to heavenly dessert in Hounslow high street and order our desserts we were 14 of them including children’s and we have ordered 16 items including desserts and shakes but when we received we just got 5 items and when we asked the staff and supervisor said your order was complete but when they check we were right and we didn’t receive our order.
Thanks for heavenly dessert in Hounslow for a very bad experience which was given to us and will never ever go back.

Professional and efficient service. Attended as a family of 15! All orders were on point and fast service. Great options. The usual staples crepes and waffles were made really well and loved the kids size portions served with option of drinks also. We had mango strawberry and coconut Sundaes, Monkey bread (like a cinnamon bun with ice cream) nice new addition. Tried a croffle (croissant shaped like a waffle) was so nice and crisp great alternative to waffle! Traditional baklava to, cripsy moist deliciousness! The new mango bubble tea really flavorful. Pistachio and white chocolate milkshake was a hit. Also oreo milkshake and mango,pineapple smoothie. Shakes were a really nice balance and not overbearing. Saffron latte was nicely done. Overall lovely experience. Was also nice to be able to sit as a family the layout is really good. Will definitely visit again to try breakfast menu I'm sold on croffles!
