Not coming again

Went with my family to Croydon Dingwall Road branch opposite Box Park. Slow service, food served one person at a time, absolutely spoilt our family time of eating together. When we waited ages for our daughters dessert after every one else had already finished eating, we were told that she hadn't ordered anything. We repeated what we had ordered and we could see the server check the iPad and saw that he'd simply forgotten. There was one person trying to serve all the tables so itcwas slow. After ages, another server turned up. My daughter's dessert came very late, a simple waffle, my daughter asked if we could cancel and leave as she was very upset. Above all, no sincere acknowledgement or apology which could have made us feel a little cared for as customers. Definitely will not be visiting again.

Poor experience

The place is much below average , the service is terrible at the Bedford location..we ordered 4 different desserts and all of them were disappointing and way tooooo sweet. This place is not worth your visit.the staf is friendly

We ordered sticky toffee pudding and a…

We ordered from Stratford, Westfield Branch, the sticky toffee pudding and a pistachio, chocolate with strawberries crepe. Both desserts awful, disgusting as if brought from the supermarket then served. I am appalled as I’ve paid delivery charge, and paid for this plastic food that is tasteless, bad ingredients and soggy near off strawberries!

Visited the Southampton Branch with a large group of friends for the first time to celebrate a birthday. The staff were fantastic and enabled us to really enjoy our time there. They were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. The desserts were out of this world. As someone who is gluten free and dairy free it was a real treat. Many places offer so very little in that line and I usually sit envying what everyone else is enjoying - however this was different and the hot chocolate brownie with toffee sauce, banana and non-dairy ice-cream was amazing. I can't wait to go and order another. So thank you.

if i could put 0 starts i would…

if i could put 0 starts i would absolutely shocking customer service i called to complain about missing items in our order to which i was told they would get the manager they then left me on the phone for 30 minutes in which time i drove to the store. when i arrived i was told they never got the call even though i could show i was still on the phone to them. shocking service and rude staff would never go back to them after the hassle caused

Great dessert and service!

We visited the restaurant in Southampton. We were seated right away. Their desserts were great! We had some waffles and crepes and it tastes so good. It was a busy night but the food was served swiftly. Josh Jacobs was very attentive to our needs and he was very polite and welcoming. We will definitely come back again!

Was waiting for about 25-30 minutes…

Was waiting for about 25-30 minutes after being seated, nobody came over to us unfortunately so we decided to order on the table app, the waffle I ordered was abit undercooked like a stodgy texture which is disappointing as there normally consistent, after me and my work colleague finished we asked the worker who presented are food for a receipt for the order, we had to ask about 2-3 times for the receipt the worker then said she will get her manager to come over and still nobody came over so we went up to the front desk. We was then greeted by Muhammad, we explained to him we had to order on the table app as we was waiting for 25-30 minutes to have are order taken and we wanted a receipt, he then started saying he can’t give us a receipt because it’s not on the system? How can we not be on the system if we ordered on the table app? We even gave the table number, then after saying he can’t give us one he then presents us with the receipt, he then had the audacity after we said we had been waiting over 25 minutes and had to order on the app you enjoyed your food though in a rude unprofessional way, very disappointing from Muhammad as I gave him a good review the last time I came to heavenly desserts Liverpool docks, hopefully he’s more professional to the next person who’s been waiting almost half an hour to have there order taken

The deserts were okay but it took 45…

The deserts were okay but it took 45 minutes in a cafe where there were only two other customers and ones that came in afterburner got their food first.they had two staff too.it was a ridiculous length of time to wait for a plain pancake and a French toast...unless of course ge popped over to France to get it....never again

I recently visited the newly opened…

I recently visited the newly opened Croydon branch on the 20th of December at around 1:15 PM, and I felt compelled to share my experience with you as it left me quite disappointed. First, let me say that I was initially very excited to visit newly opened location. The interior is beautifully designed and makes a great first impression. However, the service I encountered did not match the high standards I had expected.

During our visit, the restaurant was not busy. My companion and I were seated promptly, and we placed our orders. However, as we were eating, a staff member approached us with the bill. I was shocked and questioned why we were being given the bill while still eating. The staff member claimed she wanted to let us know about the feedback process but made no attempt to clarify or apologize when I pointed out that handing over the bill during our meal was inappropriate. Additionally, the food we were served was cold, and although she said she would inform the chef, nothing further was done. I asked to speak to the manager, who approached us very casually and did not appear to take my concerns seriously. When I asked if there was a time limit for diners, she initially said yes but later changed her response when I questioned the absence of any signs or prior notice. While she offered us a free dessert and a 10% discount, this did not address the fundamental issues with the service.

Our plates were left on the table for over 30 minutes after we had finished. In the end, I had to clear the table myself, which is entirely unacceptable in a dine-in setting. If the manager is representative Heavenly desserts service standards, I strongly recommend further training to improve professionalism and customer care.

While I appreciated the gesture of the complimentary dessert and discount, this experience has left a lasting negative impression. The service was disorganized and lacked basic hospitality, especially given that the restaurant was not busy and had sufficient staff available.

I feel that this experience warrants further public attention, and I am sharing my feedback as I had no response to my complaint I sent on 20th december. I hope they will take this feedback constructively to improve the service and overall experience for future patrons.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever! Lady can't note down the order properly, manager can't resolve the issue, very rude and definitely not prepared and properly trained for working with people. Never again!

Awful…

Visited the Ealing Broadway branch. Took almost 45 minutes for our dessert to arrive. Understaffed. It looked like it had been thrown on the plate. Cookie dough seemed raw. We had to ask three times for water. The first time, they forgot about it. Terrible place, won’t go again.
