5 days from placing order online to receiving it via Royal Mail.
Order was one item short. Phoned Immediately after opening and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and gave a possible explanation. She gave me a dispatch date and the item was received in 4 days via Royal Mail.
Not tried the teas yet but having bought them from HTS before I won't be disappointed. Well pleased with the service from both HTS & Royal Mail

Simply the Best (always)
I always enjoy browsing through a selection of teas, coffees and other joyous little treats, especially since the Hebridean Tea Store seems to be able to find things I cannot find elsewhere.
I have always been delighted by the top notch quality of everything I have purchased, from cakes and biscuits, coffees and even the occasional infusion.
The packaging has always been sturdy, protecting the delights inside and always arrives on time.

Ordering online is easy
Ordering online is easy, a very well laid out “shop” makes it a joy to order from them. A very fast delivery 1 day delivery from Stornaway to the Central belt of Scotland is amazing. The coffee and tea was very well presented, and the outer packaging was superb. Very good communication after I emailed to thank them for a very fast delivery.
I would highly recommend this company they will not disappoint.
