Worst service we have ever experienced

Worst service we have ever experienced! On the first day of our holiday in Sweden (1. July 2024), our camper was damaged and ran out of fuel. We were towed to this workshop - and that was the end of the holiday 😞 On the second day, a possible cause was found 'on the internet' (which couldn't be it) - but by the end of the fourth day, they hadn't been able to check this?!?? The workshop cannot be reached by phone - they won't call back either. They don't respond to emails! After waiting for 5 days, we had to start the journey home in a rental car - the camper will be taken back to the rental company. …
After two months (!!!!!!), the camper was finally delivered to the rental company in Germany - unrepaired. The workshop here in Germany found the problem within a very short time: a fuel line had slipped off; that's all. One star is already too much for this workshop!!!

Bought a brand new Focus RS which had the wrong head gasket. Hedbergs who serviced the car told so many lies to protect Ford in this matter it's baffling, ranging from the car having a "special battery" when the exhaust port was clogged up by coolant which they solved by "fine tuning the exhaust port" according to them (aka removing the coolant residue), to saying that the head gasket needed to be replace because of corrosion after less than 1 year. The car caught on fire shortly after their service manager ensured me that they made every effort possible to make sure that the car was in perfect condition (residue from half burnt coolant ignited in the catalyst, which was later destroyed by Hedbergs to prevent chemical analysis leading to a lawsuit)
