I recently took delivery of my new car at JBIL Vallingby and couldn’t be happier with the service. The entire process was incredibly fast and professional. Adam Sahin was a pleasure to work with—he made everything seamless and stress-free. If you're visiting J BIL, I highly recommend Vallingby and Adam. Five-star service all the way!
I bought a Mazda 3 from J BIL Vällingby in September 2025 with “lightly used” winter wheels included in the contract. Since then, the wheels have been a major problem.
The first set they delivered was wrong and it was for an SUV. The second set had a faulty TPMS and a leaking tire. I reported everything immediately, but two repair appointments were cancelled last minute due to “missing spare parts,” and nothing has been fixed.
Their sale man “Andreas Höglund” told me that I should keep pumping the tires every day until the spare parts arrive. Today the situation became dangerous: after pumping the tire in the morning, I lost steering control on the highway, and when I got home the tire was completely flat. The car is now unsafe to drive.
After weeks of delays and no solution, I cannot recommend J BIL. Very disappointing service from an authorized dealer.
I am very satisfied with Jbil. They have given every support in the way I want. Special thanks to Adam, my sale point of contact and the whole team.
I have a private lease with Jbil, they are great to do with when getting the lease going.
But they do absolutely everything to avoid any accountability when there is an issue.
To bad, I'll just get my next car somewhere else.
In detail,
I wanted to get a loaner, since my 4 week old lease was out of commision and at their workshop.
Absolute crickets when trying to get in contact with the sales representative regarding a loaner or at least refund the leasing cost for the period without car.
The sales representative never responded to my email. When going through the contact form on the web, I got nothing back.
I used the contact form and just asked "Hey, can I get in contact with you", I got a response within 24 hours. The follow up on that email where I stated "I want to get a loaner or some money back" got ignored.
Absolute circus show, this is not how you conduct business if you want returning customers.
I went through DNB bank, which is the financial party and they reimbursed me for the 8 days without car.
The Jbil workshop tried to get me to pay a new 12V battery to "continue diagnostics", but it's their car, so I am not paying that and that was news to the workshop...
Have a private leasing agreement with them and got a puncture. Called assistance and the car was transported to J-BIL in Haninge, i.e. the same office where I am a leasing customer. When everyday came, I tried in vain to get in touch with the workshop to ask about the car. After a long time in the queue (about 20-30 min) I get an estimate of two weeks to change the tire! Two weeks! And the rental car agreement is valid for 4 working days. Thanks for that. I really don't feel prioritized as their customer. First and last time I lease a car from them! Not recommended! There is obviously a reason for their relatively low prices!
Choose another car dealer! Jbil doesn't even care about you. I ordered a car on lease through them 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. First I was told "It will be quick delivery", then "It's 3 weeks maximum", then "The status is that the car is on a truck but we don't know where the truck is"... 6 weeks have passed, and still no delivery!!!
JBil in Haninge are the worst mechanics I have ever been to. They are rude, highly unprofessional, and extremely lazy - plus they appear to have no idea what they are doing or how to fix a Peugeot. They do not care at all about the customer. After a long line of mess ups from them, I finally reached my limit when I took the car in for them to do a simple check which was suppossed to ”take a few hours”. After 2 weeks of various lies they gave me as to why they still had not checked it, I had enough so went and picked up my car and will never go there again. Avoid at all costs and go to a real car dealer - not these hopeless clowns.
