However, I was dissatisfied with the service of the car.Despite mentioning a few issues with my car, they were overlooked, and only general servicing was done. I was given another appointment to address these issues, which could have been diagnosed initially to avoid multiple visits and to order any necessary spare parts upfront

Excellent Service from Hedin Volvo
Excellent Service provided from this center . I opted for waiting and the car was ready with couple of hours. The tech explained to me what needs to be changed and he gave me the right set of expectations on waiting period.Mine is a 2018 model volvo and I still prefer Volvo direct service because it gives a peace of mind.
