I have purchased from this company for a while now I have been very pleased with the canvases and subjects I had chosen. So far have not been disappointed. Delivery in a short time scale and I always buy 2 or 3 canvases at a time. I particularly love the Big Cats in the animal paintings they are quite stunning when done

I ordered 2 personalised/custom photos into paint by numbers prints. one for personal use, one as a gift and both have been loved! not only were they fun to do but they make a fantastic unique gift. will definitely order again once i decide what pictures to do next!

Ordered a custom print which didn’t arrive in their stated time scales.
I emailed four times to ask when it was likely to arrive, it was a gift. No response at all.
So I went onto their social media and posted. After threat to report them for fraud, as I thought it must be a scam, I got a reply.
I was told the order had been posted in one reply. In another told their records say I’d received the item. The last one said sorry for the delay, they had been away on a holiday!
In February during a pandemic????
Told I would be refunded, give it three working days. Two weeks later and nothing.
They are a scam, very poor, in fact the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
They lied about the order, clearly no idea and then couldn’t even come up with a decent excuse for the order not being fulfilled.
Please avoid.
Use another company, loads online, this company aren’t worth the hassle.

Painting was great fun and the kit was excellent. Very proud of the end result!

So pleased with the service received. Easy to order and fast delivery. The quality of the canvas is great and paint covers really well. Even get option to save money if you 'buy two get one free'. Couldn't be happier and going to get framed when finished.

Ordered june 2020 it's now March 2021 still not received my order. Tried emailing a few times got no reply. Just wondering where it's at? Order number HQD1245

Needed a new hobby, saw these and thought why not!
Sent for 3, came within stated time, well packaged, easy to iron on reverse before starting, paint covers well, if number is a bit dark, if using a light paint colour, just gently rub with a damp cotton bud end and it lifts the number off, will definitely be ordering more. I’ve been on furlough since March 2020, wish I’d found them sooner. Thanks Hedyart!

After being bought my first paint by numbers for my birthday I have just bought 3 more. I enjoyed it so much. It is very relaxing and the finished product looks beautiful. I recieved my order within the time frame given, packaged well and the kits are beautifully put together. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend. .

This is my second PBN I enjoyed the first one so much my daughter ordered me this one. I've enjoyed this one even more and love the colours. It arrived creased though which was not easy to sort. The first one was on a roll and was not creased. One colour had completely dried up and I had to mix something close to it from the remains of the first kit. All in all there are lots of positives;got me through winter and lockdown, good for mental health, kept my mind occupied and not thinking of food, good for weight loss and a lovely picture to hang in my home. Very pleased and I'm looking for my next challenge 😁👍

Hedyart has been very therapeutic during lockdown. I really enjoy painting them and I am on my 9th one. I have even gifted a couple to friends!

Hedyart was my escape during lock down and still is. It is such a therapeutical experience. I am on the 8th painting and can't be more happy to find every picture so challenging and interesting. Gifted few completed paintings to my friends and they look sooooo good.

Always ordered a drawing set there as they provide good quality products. Just in love with acrylic paints and a great choice of drawings.

I decided to do painting in lockdown and bought from Hedyart. I did 3 photos of my family and it was really easy. I am 67 my family are over the moon with the canvas prints I painted of them they are really realistic and so easy to do. It has also helped me through this locked down. I have bought more to do 😄 and will buy more as I can give as Xmas present. I have even painted a dog. Fantastic relaxing hobby with great feeling of satisfaction.

First time using PBN and very happy with custom product received from Hedyard . Colours very good and accurate picture achieved .Will use again for next project 👍

I ordered 3 paintings, arrived within stated delivery window. Excellent quality. So far I have gifted one set for a friend to paint herself as part of her covid recovery, thoroughly enjoyed completing one painting myself which I have given to someone special and am now on with the last painting that I will keep. I will definitely buy more.

The quality of the items from hedy art is good but I have to say that the customer service is terrible.you have 14 days to return an item that isnt faulty. I ordered from the uk but was told the return address was china so I couldnt afford to send it back .emails never get answered .I was offered a refund after 7 emails were ignored and since being offered the refund I have had no correspondence at all...and no refund.because the customer service is so poor i will not be ordering from this company again..... edited to say I did finally get a refund for half of the price

I have ordered on the 6th February a customized picture paint by number and so it’s been 19 days of waiting for the item to arrive.

I am very understanding with the current situation and possible delays but I am sorry to tell that it’s unacceptable to send 2 e-mails to the customer service and have zero reply. The saddest thing is that I come to read here so many experiences like mine because of poor or inexistent communication.

Please be transparent with your customers about what’s happening with the products if there is any delay or problems, it’s unfair for us but also for you to be thought as scammers.

Ordered a custom painting on the 6th of February and advised delivery would be 9-12 days. However 19 days later and still no dispatch/delivery. I have emailed the customer service team twice but heard nothing. Seems like a scam

Edit: Painting finally arrived and I did receive an email reply from the company. I advise them to give realistic dates for delivery of custom items on their website and to answer customer emails in a more timely fashion. The item itself seems ok, although the numbers show through the paint so require two coats, hope there is enough paint to complete the picture

There are not many products on the market that produce an item that I would highly recommend but this one does. Arrived on time and within 10 minutes from opening the package my wife was ready to start painting. Excellent product.
