Hedyart have a great selection of craft items which make fantastic presents, or just for yourself. They come with the paints, brushes and an option to buy a frame, which I did. The choice is great and there's options for beginners and the more advanced so if you want to try something more challenging, you can. I bought three as gifts and everyone absolutely loved them, and none of the recipients had done a painting by numbers for years. Would highly recommend.

Ordered on the 2nd February,the product has still not arrived. I was given a tracking number however the product hasn't even reached Yodel. I have sent an email to customer service well over a week ago and am still yet to receive a reply (I don't think I will get one or the product).

This company has terrible customer service and I would avoid at all costs.

Website stated that I should receive with 48hrs. I received an email 7 days after purchasing to say that shipping would be happening soon! Package arrived 2.5 weeks later.
I ordered 3 pictures and was really disappointed that the canvases had all been folded so had deep creases which cannot be ironed out. I tried contacting hedy art customer services twice and eventually got a strange reply-
‘Hello
It can be flattened, and then squeezed with a thing for a while will reduce the wrinkle. If it cannot be flattened, it can be ironed or steamed.

I have since contacted other companies to get advice on getting rid of the creases.

I would advise buying from another supplier as hedy art have really underperformed in my opinion.

This is the first painting by numbers I have done as an adult. I have ordered my second one from Hedyart and almost completed that too. Delivery was very prompt and the painting was a delight to do and easy to follow.I have had so many compliments on the result. I would highly recommend this company.

This firm,doesn't even deserve 1 star.They do not deliver on their promises,although very quick to take your money,I have sent repeated emails,to no effect.I too,suspect that they are not UK based,please,don't use this company.Will I ever get my order,or my money back ?.I doubt it,I think that I have been scammed.

I ordered a painting of a sunflower and I am very impressed of how well it is currently turning out. I really enjoy painting on my canvas and it gives some calmness to my day. The brushes and canvas is such high quality! I would urge you to buy this! It’s amazing!

I need a refund. I have emailed and sent a message from the website with no reply in days. I need the address to return to and it needs to be done within 14 days. Can someone respond to me and give me the return address please. Thank you

I placed an order on 2nd Feb and received an email saying my order was on its way on 3rd Feb! When I track my order it is not yet at Yodel! I have emailed hedyart and sent a message on messenger with my order number but no reply at all. Appalling customer service- wish I could get my money back! Do not use this company!

I have used Hedyart before and they have been very efficient and good. However, they sent me the wrong painting by numbers and I have emailed them at least three times without any response!!! I will never order from them again as their customer service is just awful!!!!!

HedyArt, please send me the paintings ordered 16 days ago or at least give me a tracking numer where I can follow the delivery process. I already sent you an email #DE33647 but didn't get any response. Worst customer service ever!

Ordered three kits and on delivery, one side of a frame was missing. Emailed the company and awaiting a reply.
Obviously sent from China, although there appears to be a UK contact but the language is not British.

Quality seems fine but painting is not started yet!

Hopefully there will be enough paint. There are no instructions or information included in the box.

I would actually have given 4 star at the start. Delivery was stated at 9-12 days, i got it in 8 days which was great. The kit is good, 3 paintbrushes and all thenpaint pots. The canvas is folded rather than rolled so its not easy to get the creases out.
I ordered the natural mountain lake. I noticed when i started painting that all the pots of paint were full to the top. As i went on, number 12 pot was barely half full, and typical, it appears on lots of the painting so i have run out. Its the only one that wasnt full to be fair. I emailed customer service and it says they will reply within 24 hours. Its now three days and they havent responded. I just want to know if they will send me another paint pot of number 12 seeing as it wasnt full.
So if you have no issues the kits are good, but their customer service seems non existent if you have a problem.
Edit - have now emailed twice and still no reply. Customer service so poor so reduced to one star. Would not buy from them again
Edit 2 - i put the order number in the three emails i sent but have no reply to any. Order number H626058
Edit 3 - so its 5 days since they asked for the order number and i still havent heard anything from them. They obviously just reply on here to make it look like they are helping but they dont do anything about it. Shocking service
Edit final - finally replied about 3 weeks later, asked me to send a picture, assume to prove it was empty. They did send me a new pack of paint so back up to 2 stars for this but their customer service needs to improve if they are going to get people to buy from them again. Sadly i wont be.

I took delivery of order H626839 for Kit No OTG6078 Flower Daisy last week. The kit which was delivered is OTG6087 which is a waterfall.
I have emailed you twice to ask you to send the correct kit and advise how to return the incorrect one but I have had no response.

After doing the iconic 'Banksy' 'Chimp wearing headphones' PBN in the first lockdown in March '20 my wife was keen to do more.
We love(d) to travel and like to commemorate our trips by putting a picture up in the house, so what better way to kill two birds with one stone?

Both were much more complex than the 'chimp' but she's really pleased with how they've come out.

Also, I had 2 paint pots missing from my set but an email to Hedyart was quickly responded to with a replacement set of ALL the paints, so I had some spare.

Highly recommended!

I wanted to change my order. I no longer want the zebra. I would like this tree please. It did say on your order page that if i contact you within 24hrs of making the order you could amend the order. I contacted you shortly after i made the order but no one replied. I’d be grateful if you cld send me this tree HQD1205 instead of the Zebras. Thank you

I’ve been doing painting by numbers during the lockdown, I have tried various companies, but hedyart is by far the best, due to the quality of the canvas,the paint and of the brushes. I have got 4 of my grandchildren using hedyart too! I have no hesitation in recommending hedyart.

Orderd 24 Jan got an email on Monday saying shipped now Saturday and still no goods.,they don't reply to emails have now asked for order number this has been sent 3 TIMES order number

Ordered 3 of these to keep my family busy during lockdown, they are simple to use and look really good once finished. No problems with delivery at all,
