Having been referred to the company by an online influencer saying they got theirs from HedyArt, I ordered a paint by numbers straight away. Delivery stated it would be 9-12 days, however it has since been 2 weeks and have had no updates. I recently emailed Yodel asking where my delivery was as I had received an email from HedyArt to say it was out for delivery, yet Yodel had only received a booking number, no actual parcel. I emailed HedyArt to complain as Yodel had no sign of my parcel and I am still yet to receive any form of reply. Having been sent an email to say it was out for delivery, there is no information on the tracking site as they haven’t actually sent out my order. Would not order from them, very unreliable!!

Everything arrived on time but not entirely good condition. One of the canvases has been literally folded instead of being rolled, and now it's just practically useless.

First time to painting by numbers and found hedyart a good chance , even offered me extra paint if I run out , it's a great way to relax and take your mind of the the lockdown blues as we're all finding life a little bit stressful at the moment and seem to have a lot of time on our hands , but sitting down painting away takes your mind of thinks helping you relax , if your thinking of getting one , I strongly advised you do , as you wont be disappointed with the service or quality

It is good fun, worth the money. The shipping was a bit more than expected, about 2 weeks.

I ordered a package from this company for my granddaughter for Christmas, a 40 cm framed picture. What arrived was a 40cm frame and a 35x50 picture. Having contacted them I received the standard apology and how could they make it better. I have since sent them 5 e mails and two photos they requested. No response, nothing acknowledged and nothing corrected.

I ordered a paint by numbers of which i never received an order conformation to however they had taken the exact amount of money out of my bank, so i thought everything was going to plan. Five weeks later and still not order confirmation and no delivery! I message and email HedyArt and they told me i have never ordered something from them I then went on to show them my bank statement which showed how they had taken money from my account. This is the message they sent “ Em, maybe you can check it again.” I said i have which is why im reaching out to you and i would like you to refund me my money. This is when they stop replying to me and as it was sent on messenger i can see they have read it but decided not to reply. 3 weeks later a paint by number shows up hut is not what i ordered i reached out to them on how to return it and still got no response.

I never recieved an order number which was the problem. I ordered the product weeks went past i heard nothing and then the wrong product arrived at my door.

Bought three custom paintings with frame option and they turned out very good came with all the paints. Very happy with the products.

Came within a few days, everything i need included. paint brushes really good although only used the one very small one. much better outcome then i expected. i wish i had purchase the frame with it now! so realistic and very calming and addictive!

During lockdown I decided I would try these. Communication was great, product was excellent. Clear numbers and good quality thick paint. I have gone on to complete 6 more and they have helped my mental health and I have several friend who have also ordered and completed one. Someone even offered to buy my completed painting!

Delivery was good. Product was as described and I cannot fault it. I purchased the Highland Cow paint by numbers with frame and I’m very happy with the end result, it is now hanging on my wall. Have recommended to friends who have since purchased too.

my order #DE31695 has not yet arrived. I ordered three pictures. I turned on PayPal because I don't get any answers from support

This shop is amazing. I've brought a few of the painting by numbers from them. 1 of which was my own photo. It was so amazing and looked exactly like my grandson. In lock down this shop as given me joy.
