I ordered personality black/White photo November 25,it arrived dec 20 ( from china) to Ireland. Good canvas. Paints ok. Numbers very clear to read. Finished it last night and love it

I ordered a 70x70 customised canvas for my sister at a cost of £57.50 believing that Hedyart was a UK company. It arrived on Friday in a battered and damaged box with hilariously (if not so disappointing) the words To My Lover printed in bold red across the top. It honestly looks as if I had paid £9.99 in a bargain basement store. Just had to rush out and spend £25.00 on a box canvas to try and do something with it. I have emailed my complaint to the company to give them a chance to rectify this appalling situation before posting my review but alas they obviously are not worried about negative feedback.

CRAP QUALITY FROM CHINA WONT HELP WITH RETURN OR REFUND USE AMAZON INSTEAD This company is a joke - they delivered half my order of paintings very poor quality all folded in very small packets. They delivered separate parcel with crappy wooden frames. Won’t tell you how to return or where to return items. Don’t follow up when half the parcel not received. I have sent 6 emails asking for return address and refund. Found UK return address on parcel and returned yesterday. Have instigated chargeback with my credit card. No idea from website coming from China. No way to contact apart from email to which they don’t respond!

I have done 3 of these paintings now and have just ordered more.They are good quality are dispatched quickly and are reasonably priced .

I ordered three painting by numbers in an offer and I am now on my second one. The first one (dusk scene - steps in Paris) has come out brilliantly. I am so pleased with the results and I plan to mount and display. The paints and canvas are of high quality and this is a totally enjoyable hobby. I will be buying again from HedyArt's huge range.

I ordered a paint by numbers portrait as a gift for my mother on Nov 5th and has still not arrived. It seems to be coming from China! I have been sent tracking numbers but they are incorrect and now show my parcel as delivered on one set of tracking numbers and the other tracking number is invalid. I am very disappointed and I dont know what to do next. This was a Christmas gift :(

I have received only half of my order, no Tele no to call them. I have sent an email and message to no avail. But the full payment has been taken?? I did check the reviews before ordering and all seemed fine. Why no response?????

I have been waiting for a product for almost a fortnight now after being advertised 4 day delivery at most. After contacting the company they sent me back a screenshot of them searching for my email in their data base. They sent this along side no text or explanation. Since then I have not got a reply after sending two more emails and trying to reach them on instagram, The money has gone out of my account and the company haven't got in touch even after several efforts on my behalf. I have proof of purchase, and no help. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mum, and I'm feeling quite upset at the lack of contact from the team at Hedy art.

By far the best paint by numbers. The lines and numbers are marked very clearly and everything seems to be of a higher quality than others I have used. I did a 3 for the price of 2 on custom photos will not hesitate to use them again in future.

Another purchase and again can't fault, this item was not a personalised one and arrived very quickly... have not finished it yet. But its looking good..

Excellent service. I received the kit really quickly and my 11 year daughter is thrilled with it. It has kept her busy for hours and the finished product looks amazing - I thoroughly recommend.

I have purchased 6 paint by number kits from Hedy Art, all being the largest size. The quality of the canvas is excellent and the paint is good quality. Sometimes the numbers seem a bit confusing but take a step back, look at your painting and you will see what colour or shape needs to go there. The sets and numbers are a guide only, you can use your own imagination to make your artwork special.

I placed my order with some apprehension but I’ve had no issues with customer care or delivery.
I am currently enjoying painting my scene of Central Park. So much so that I have now ordered three more. Hedyart is also the best on price and free delivery. You just can’t go wrong!
