UPDATE 6 December - package has been shipped but it is taking ages and that was not clear on the website. It is currently in Hong Kong and considering I ordered this on 5th November as a Christmas present I think this is unacceptable.

So far not good at all. I ordered my paint by numbers on 5th November and it said free shipping (9-12 days) and I will be notified when it’s been sent. I’ve heard nothing so far and I’ve sent a follow up email but haven’t heard back yet which is making me worried they are a scam company, hence why I’m on here! I have just finished painting the lion picture. I was introduced to Hedy art by my freind and I am now hooked I find it so relaxing and the finished product is excellent I have now started painting a large heart can’t wait for the finished piece. I would recommend using Hedy Art the delivery was quick, the canvas and paint are great. I have already ordered another 3 for presents and for myself. Excellent for passing the hours in Lockdown.

My payment was taken 10 days ago, but they can't find my order and now I've asked for a refund there's no reply from this company!

Just started my painting from Hedyart ... this great kit includes pre printed canvas , clearly numbered paint pots , bushes and a chart to follow if you accidentally paint over a number , and a coloured picture as a guide .

There are no instructions , none are needed
Although ideally a few tips might be a good idea ...
Once opened , keep your picture as flat as possible ... always wash your brushes regularly as this is quite fast drying paint ..
start with the darkest colours first , I started in the top right hand corner , working my way down and then turned the canvas to make painting easier .

Paintings take on average 20 hours but I’m allowing 30 for mine ... there’s no rush !

Took a while to reply to my emails but did reply( only after I wrote a review on here ) Paintings came 22 days after the order was processed. Hedyart said this was due to the pandemic idk. They’re on nice canvas all seems good. I think it’s a moderate price for what you get the canvas and paints seem quality.

Brilliant service, great quality canvases and paints. My orders were for gifts for family children to keep them occupied during lockdown and one they hopefully enjoy

I ordered 3 for the price of two during lockdown and I’m now totally addicted. I have now painted 7 different pictures and each and every one has turned out amazing. Highly recommend this company and their products I can’t get enough of them

I ordered 3 paintings as on offer. Items arrived promptly but not as I expected. Canvasses were folded and creased that I couldn’t remove. Frames were in another box and damaged as I ordered pictures to be framed. I contacted Hedyart and instructions on how to remove creases n fit the frames were sent. I tried to remove creases but unsuccessful. Made another contact and initial refund was made. I also sent photos of badly damaged frames and provided cost of framing. Another refund was made. Yes, Hedyart did respond but I am totally disappointed as the canvass isn’t of a quality as it does not absorb the paint. These are not my first experiences with painting by numbers. I shall not make further orders from Hedyart.

I brought the Highland Cow to do during lockdown. It was quite daunting at first but once i got into it it was very easy. The end result was amazing and all my friends and family love it. I am going to get it framed now and place in my new home. Have also brought two more to do

Product exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality canvas, brushes and paints. The painting turned out much nicer than seen on screen. Have recommended these products to family and friends since and am looking forward to placing next order.

Purchased a gorilla adult painting by numbers. I am so excited to finish it. I am a quarter the way through and it’s going to look fab. Plenty of paint provided and on quality canvas

I wanted to pick up the brush and paint but didn't know where to start. Hedyart was perfect. They provided the material including brushes and canvas. I've ended up completing a beautiful, intricate bird piece. It wouldn't have been possible without Hedyart. Great service. Thank you.

Just finished my third painting. I find it very therapeutic and relaxing and there is a lovely picture to hang on the wall afterwards!

I am so pleased with the result of my 1st number painting. It gave me a great picture for my wall and much satisfaction creating it.
I have never attempted to do a painting before and now I can't stop ordering more.

Ordered the canvass on an easy to navigate site. The art pack arrived within timeframe stipulated which I was very pleased with. I was s bit overwhelmed with it at first but once I started painting I really enjoyed it. The painting is finished and I love it. Have had lots of positive comments. Loved it so much I've ordered another one.
